I've actually seen a vid of two online matches (1 for both Fun and Glory) and it seemed smooth. Better than Brawl's. I can post it if anyone wants to see it.

Does anyone else here have a few things that they might want changed with the 3ds version. I have the Demo, so as much as I know. I've seen alot of Ko's being delt by Smash attacks the most. I get it, their smash attacks, but so many kill shot attacks that are so good aren't kill shots anymore: Link's Spin attack, D-Air, Pikachu's Neutral-Air and such. I feel that those moves only Ko at 135-160% and the smash attacks are capable at 80-100%. May need to de-buff them.
The Lightning effect when you get hit notifies when you get a Ko before they even go off screen killing the joy of knowing if they might survive a soft launch or not. I really like those edge seat moments.
The camera doesn't follow far enough when someone is launched and trying to recover. Theirs a big gap between the border when you enter the Magnifying Glass-Zone and the Blast-Zone and I find myself misjudging how far I am to get back and see myself on screen so I can see the distance to recover.
These are just my opinions and want to find out if anyone else has the same opinion or actually likes the game where its at and explain. Everything else I find great and spectacular, but these things I needed to get off my chest.

I'm also a bit weary of that lightning effect. I feel like now KOs will be guaranteed at a certain percentage. Sometimes I feel like a smash attack that shouldn't have much knock back ends up sending me flying off the stage. It's a weird feeling for sure
Yes, I'll definitely get Smash for 3ds! If my wallet allows me... (There are a bunchof other games I want as well: Pokemon Alpha Sapphire, Smash bros Wii U, Monster Hunter 4 and Xenoblade Chronicles 3D)
I've finally gotten my hands on the demo. Just some few impressions in no particular order:
The gameplay is not as slow as Brawl.
Some items and assist trophies are really powerful, almost one hit KOs.
I'm still getting used to dodging, grabbing opponents, and throwing items. It seems the shoulder button actions are slow to respond. Or it's just me.
Overall, very impressed with the demo. I'm still 50/50 on whether I should get the game for 3DS. I'm really looking forward to the Wii U version. But this game is fantastic.
Super Smash Bros. 3DS has experienced the best sales debut in the series so far and is likely on track to being the best-selling installment of the series in Japan.
@Kewlan
Great, I'll add you back. Also, you didn't get a demo code? That's too bad, I should've given one to you instead of some random stranger on the internet...
I keep seeing complaints about Link's down air attack being less powerful, but I think it's because it has retained it's meteor smash effect Sakurai mentioned. Seems correct to do for balancing reasons. It's been said plenty of times at this point, but Link is much better now. He's powerful, has moderate speed, and a few of his animations are better. A couple things I particularly like are the Z/L targeting backflip as one of his dodge moves and his new dash attack.
