(I don't know if anyone here put this information up already but I looked and I didn't see any) So it appears that a Sony Website spilled the beans and it appears that RE: Revelations 2 is for Vita. I swear Capcom has lost its mind, I don't get it. The Successful game called Resident Evil: Revelations sold outstanding on 3DS cause when that game released I could not find it any where. Anyways....I find this annoying and frustrating. I swear the Videogame industry is getting stupider and stupider by the minute....I just don't get it....I'm pretty d*** sure the "New" Nintendo 3DS can run it now, since it has a better CPU, has more controls. H*** even the older one can run it......I just don't get it. I hope its not true and they have it for 3DS.
We should start a petition to get it brought on the 3ds. We are here and they ignore it. I bet a lot of people would sign it but would capcom even recognize it and give us what we want.
This reminds me of people reactions when monster hunter 3 and 4 release on the 3ds instead of the vita. But yeah this sucks its not on the 3ds where the first game came out.
I know the world renown martial art Shaq Foo
was TheKungFuMaster got demoted to Batchu then evolve to MercifulLemon7
I come back and make my mark and dispear again.
Wow the freaking game is coming for everything including the damn Vita? This makes me not want to buy Monster hunter 4 and just watch them burn. But yeah Capcom the vita version of the game is going to sell way more than the 3ds version would ever sell if the game was coming to the handheld.
And that's what happens when Capcom starts smoking green herbs...or do they take pills now instead? Nah, let's just forget Resident Evil 6 happened, should've been a spinoff.
I understand it not being on the Wii u as sales are horrible, but 3ds I mean it has sold decently and the first game sold very well. It was actually a game that I looked forward to before it came out and what do fans who own 3ds' get....nothing. Funny how it was supposed to be exclusive too.
The vita is in even worse shape than the wii u. And this is a sequel to a game that found success exclusively on the 3DS. Is capcom really trying THAT hard to not bring it to Nintendo? How freakishly strange
@Operative I really don't understand it. This game did great originally just on 3ds like you said and they have a chance to get that success on all the consoles they want and they bring it to vita over 3ds. Just stupid decisions imo
To be fair, the Vita is selling well in Japan, where Capcom's primary audiences is. The Vita also has a much better software tie ratio than the 3DS. More 3DSs get sold, but the average Vita owner buys more games. I'm sure Capcom has a way of reconciling this in their books.
So Anakin kneels before Monster Mash and pledges his loyalty to the graveyard smash.
But ya it is sad that the sequel is not coming to the device that started the thing!, but if any luck there would be a Wii U version and new 3DS version down the road.
So now you know how Playstation and Xbox owners feel about not getting Bayonetta 2 .
True, but I'm pretty sure this didn't need Sony to come. And if it did shame on Nintendo for not volunteering. But given how Microsoft looks set to sell more games on Vita than Sony this year, I doubt Sony would invest in securing it an exclusive.

Yes. Nintendo funding a dead franchise which hence stays Nintendo exclusive is the same as Resident Evil Revelations abandoning the platform it originated from and sold the most on.
Don't ge me wrong. I think a PS / XBOX owner has every right to be upset about not being able to play Bayonetta 2. But any Bayonetta "fan" who hates on Nintendo for resurrecting Bayonetta is pathetic. Just be glad that you see a sequel.
On topic: Very lame move of Capcom. Wouldn't be surprised if they abandon Nintendo completely after MH4.

Doubt it. Capcom is one of the few 3rd parties that actually has an idea of what sort of games Nintendo fans like and actually buy.
The next Ace Attorney game is already in development, and they certainly won't overlook the fact that the last Monster Hunter sold more on 3DS alone than the last Resident Evil did on 4 platforms combined.
On that note, it's actually a little sad that RE has devalued as a brand so much in the last gen that a fantasy grindfest is a bigger IP than a zombie shooter. The hit that the RE brand took from beginning of Gen 6 to end of Gen 7 is almost as big as the hit Final Fantasy took over the same time period. People talk about how Other M ruined the Metroid franchise, man, Prime -> Other M sales drop ain't got nothing on the FFX -> FFXIII-3 drop.
