Topic: Puzzle Swap...

Sooo, my sister has the 3DS, and I do too...but, like...we have the same puzzle panel and cannot get a new one. How do you get a new panel?! o_0

Does EVERYONE start out with the Mario Galaxy one?

StreetPass, or buy new panels with coins.

I started out with the Mario Galaxy one. And you get new panels by using play coins to buy them or by passing other people through Streetpass who have pieces you don't have.

No everyone doesn't start out with the Mario Galaxy one. Just a lot of people in your area. I got the Metroid: other M one. So did all my friends. Anyways you can buy a puzzle piece for 2 play coins. Beware,you can get repeat pieces. You can also just try walking around and find someone else with more pieces.

You can't buy a new panel. And yeah that's how I managed to finish the Galaxy one...kinda sucks, because I want more...and didn't know about another thread...I saw a "StreetPass/Mii Plaza" thing, but everyone was ignoring me anyways. Guess I'm stuck with Galaxy then. >_>

If you find someone on Streetpass with a different panel, then you will begin that panel.

Oh, sorry I meant you could buy pieces. I forgot there was a difference. Yeah the only way to get new panels is by Streetpassing someone who has started a puzzle you don't have.

Which kinda sucks, since I rarely run into anyone in town with another 3DS to begin with. (and when I do, its the Mario one. lol)

Go to a store that has a demo station for the 3DS. Believe it or not you CAN get streetpasses of them. I did it twice at 2 different Target stores.(No, it's not cheating! D:<) That's how I started the Zelda puzzle.

Hmmm...can you start multiple panels?...Like, is it possible to reset the demo's system to get a new panel or something? xD

I don't know if you can reset the system to get new panels for sure but I would assume you can't. You can start multiple pannels though. I started my zelda puzzle before I finished the Metroid one. I only need 2 more pieces for it.

Probably already answered, but I started with a Kirby puzzle. I guess its just random.

Me and my bro started out with a pikmin, and my cousin had a Metroid one. I've completed both of them, and Find Mii is complete, so now I got a boat load of coins waiting to be spent...

@Kanrakus - Actually, you may start with a certain puzzle depending on your region. I'm from Illinois, and myself and the 6 other people I've Streetpassed have all had Metroid: Other M puzzles. We actually broke this down more in a different topic.
