If this thing can solve world hunger, make people actually have reasonable intelligence, and grant wishes it will be successful. It won't be able to do these things however and won't be successful, because it's a China copy cat machine.
If it has no 3D and no Nintendo cooperation, I don't see how it could smash the 3DS... Especially not if that patent we saw awhile back for top screen interactivity comes to light.
