The W.T.O. (World Trade Organization) and the US Goverment has been on China since 2007, IIRC, about them not recognizing copyright laws. I'm not sure why nothing gets done about it though.

This probably won't release out of China. The design of the console most likely will cause copyright issues, especially with the d-pad and abxy buttons looking exactly the same as Nintendo's.
