What I found that was random is that when I got Daimyo limping, he went to sleep in the next area. So once I got there, I started attacking, what does he do? He turns around and heads onto another area, ignoring me completely. No music or anything. lol

@TeeJay: If you see an airship in the sky, you can use the wave gesture on it and they'll display the monster on the map for a few seconds. (I've only done this once but it works).

Which maps anyways? I only seen it in the Dunes, and I think the Seaway.

Ah well...but yeah I hate it when a flying monster leaves the area and I lose tracking on him. (it gets worse when it moves across the map and I end up losing it for like, 10 minutes. >.> )
EDIT: Ugh, stupid Hercudromes, these gathering points don't respawn do they. T.T
I haven't done much Monster Hunter today, but I was able to forge the armor you get from the Episode Quest. It's actually pretty decent as it gives you Alloy Stomach which lets you eat faster and eat mushrooms and raw meat with added effects. If you can gem in Wide-Range +1 or 2, you got yourself a very good support armor.
This works really well with the Sword and Shield since you can use items while shielding, though I made the Gunner armor since it's pretty decent and I had no Gunner armor.
I'm thinking of making a room online with the purpose of obtaining better ingredients. Once I get a friend of mine on, well have room for two people in case anyone in interested.
