YIPPPPEEEEE I JUST GOT MY EMAIL THROUGH NOW!!! wait............... it says your download code is....and then nothing! there's no code in the email!! what do i do now??

As jtt235 said, has the email loaded properly.
The code should be in a red text.

yeah tried the email on 2 pc's now and my blackberry in the point where it says here's your code theres nothing there? its just blank, the rest of the email is there with instructions, there just is no code

i tried entering my two 3ds games but they wouldnt work and it said the code is invalid!

dangit now i have to buy the game with money

Allow blocked images and javascript, you never know it might work.

Strange. Just try unblocking the whole email, highlighting the text maybe.
Looks like I'm the only one still waiting for the email. Yoshi's Island will keep me going until then.

@naotanandaba are you using safari or the built in mail app?
have you tried clicking "if you can't see this mail correctly click here"?

UPDATE email, i phoned nintendo and they told me to take a screen shot of the email and send it to them, which i have done so just waiting now for response.

oh and for uk people with the same issue, the email address to send a screenshot is customer-s
... include your club nintendo name and email address

Got mine 60 min ago. Download code also visible in the Mail-App from apple. Also works on the iphone....weird....you guys should wait a while and then write to Nintendo if nothing happens...
