It would be awesome to have a Wuhu Town simulation with everything and all the building open, so you can go in to people's houses and stuff and stores that sell different clothes and stuff and weapons for a big battle arena on one sid eof the town that you can enter and fight other mii's online in a tournament style like Halo. You could also have like capture the flag and stuff. You could also buy like cars and boats to go do stuff places. There could be also online sports and stuff like boat races. This might be way to much to fin in a game cartridge though. (is it possible to make a really big game cartridge that protrudes from the console?) (I added your FC bubba)

How about a RPG where you are your Mii...and you...go from town to town battling the ghosts from the 3DS's Find Mii....and you meet up with the people you Streetpass at a certain place...and you can buy armor and whatnot (potions, spells, etc) with gold and Play Coins...and you don't have a single set story...it is free roam...help me out anybody...

I think the camera should be placed downwards at the Mii's like in a 2D Zelda game. Maybe it should be called "StreetPass Battle". And you should also have the ability of building up a team of Mii's that you have StreetPassed to help you shoot down the bad guys.

I have an unusual kinda lame idea but why not a have a sim like game where you're your Mii on a normal day in the Mushroom Kingdom helping toads do things exploring and other stuff but also you could kinda build also adding onto the mushroom kingdom with your own style. But by helping toads do things they cant like one toad asks you to go get some kind of fruit that can only be found in the forest and you need to go get it for him so he get make a special dinner so. Your Mii goes to the forest and goes through a NSMB like game through a forest like place once you get the fruit you tale it back to the toad he thanks you and gives you money for it which you could use to buy some VC games like Donkey Kong and clothing stuff like that also Nintendi could update the game often to add new missions and stuff like that also you could Check other peoples Mushroom Kingdoms online as you're Mii and chat and stuff like that with other people at peoples MKs like i said kinda lame but juat an idea not completely thought out either.
