Topic: 3DS Circle Pad Expansion Announced for NA

Capcom recently revealed the Circle Pad for America, saying it will be availble for use on Febuaray 7, 2012 with Resident Evil: Revealtions (in the US) on Nintendo 3DS. I'm assuming the Circle Pad will be out in America before or on Febuary 7, 2012.

Your thoughts?

This was only just now confirmed? I thought we knew it was coming to America for weeks now. Or am I confusing it with some other announcement concerning the Slide pad? Hmmm...

@TeeJay: No. Most of the stuff announced at the Nintendo Conference wasn't confirmed for NA - only Japan.

It is just a second circle pad with some extra buttons. It also gives the 3DS a nice looking grip.

It provides the second circle pad to the right of the abxy, and it give an L2 and R2 button behind the shoulder ones.

@TeeJay - This is semi-official confirmation for NA. With this, the super ridiculously slim chance that the 2nd Circle Pad extension wouldn't come to NA has been eliminated, so we now know that NA will be receiving it sometime within the next 5 months or so.

Coming from Capcom, it is definitely official.
