30fps would never work for a game that's all about having to react and time button presses to catching and throwing a ball. Try playing FORTNITE at 30fps. It's awful.

You have to make your game work with DLSS not every game supports it automatically.

If it really is a OLED it'll look amazing anyway. The Vita looks amazing at just 540p and most games don't even run at that full native resolution either. And the vita looks gorgeous because the colours really pop on that great screen.
