I'll get the latest XC2 update when it's ready. I've been enjoying that game quite a bit for the most part. (cutscene after seemingly endless cutscene being the exception) Skipping Blade bonding animations will be a small nicety.
I'm holding off on Scribblenauts - I figure the console release will likely be discounted at some point and don't see a need to pay full price for it, but would like to play it some day.
Depends on the gameplay. If it's decent for the little ones and has some staying power, I might get it. If it's limited or overpriced for what's offered, I'll probably pass. I can see my little one excited by the theme, but I've seen kid-themed games before that are either way too hard or way too pointless.
Escape Trick looks interesting, but have to see the price. May be an "on sale" purchase. Don't really care about Bayonetta (just not my style of game). I did pick up Golf Story as it was on sale. Also added the Xenoblades DLC to my game and have realized I need a bit more power to tackle some of the sidequests now that the world is opening up. Keep getting pounded when trying to go it solo on that first continent.
I'm interested depending on the price point. Saw that the first episode is free for Steam today so will want to try it there first. Not sure how the controls will work on the Switch, either. Point n Click adventures haven't traditionally translated well to consoles when it comes to controls.
Definitely agree that Switch has a pretty wide range of support - especially in the store, but the WiiU did have the ability to run Wii titles so wondering how much that affected development/sales of newer titles. I'd considered getting a WiiU to run a handful of the newer games, but also because I could run my Wii games. I never pulled the trigger, especially once the Switch was announced. Portable gaming won out for me.
Still haven't bought a whole bunch of titles for the Switch, but I'm going to concentrate on titles I'll play or my kids will play. I get to play a little more with the portability, but time is still a little limited.
I like the LEGO games overall. They're formulaic (smash everything), have their own sets of issues (races, especially when flying - ugh), but sometimes it's good to sit down to something that's not overly challenging and bust up a ton of bricks. I like DC and the Incredibles is an intriguing concept. Not sure about the "Villains" idea, though. I'll have to see how that's implemented. Wondering what the Incredibles franchise will do to custom characters with capes...

Re: Guide: Upcoming Nintendo Switch Games And Accessories For March And April
I'm interested in Detective Pikachu, but don't have a 3DS. Was kind of hoping some version would be released for the Switch.

Re: Cyber-Noir Action Puzzler Shift Quantum Brings Unrivalled Happiness To Switch
I might enjoy it, but watching the gameplay made my head spin a bit as things flipped from dark to light and back again. Interesting mechanic.
