What a joke. I'll take my incredibly easy to use, gaming dedicated, Switch any day over something like that.

It's fantastic to have a hybrid gaming system that doesn't have the interruptions of a mobile phone. When I'm on the Switch, I'm exclusively gaming. My Galaxy S8 more than handles everything else... Thanks Nintendo!

I'm also surprised at only a 5. As someone who played the heck out of Space Invaders, among many others, this game more then scratched the retro itch and looks really good to boot. Perfect for quick sessions or longer more intense one's. The background ghosts are tricky to avoid. Colors and sounds also spot on.

Thanks so much for your quick reply. I've got to admit to being a bit nervous opening it up since it's been several year's when I last did with a laptop..but it sure looks like fun. 👍👍

@Wckdlink What kind of kit did you get? I'm also super picky about keeping all my gadgets clean - but still love using them.

@Grumble Spot on! I enjoyed original Space Invaders and Galaga and find Destronaut to be a great mashup of both. Colors and sound are great. Nintendo even has on sale 15% off ($4.24 USD) so I bought and couldn't stop playing.

It's pretty nifty that all the old tricks and tips videos for arcade DK work perfectly with this version. What a blast from the past!

Incredible game. Loads of ways to play it and everything is quick, looks fantastic, and is FUN FUN FUN. A very cool and unique modern take on a new style of fighting game. Great for the spectrum of newbies through masters. Brand new community has sprung up quickly and the live streamed tournaments are exciting to watch. Nintendo has redefined yet another genre.

@NEStalgia Exactly. I found it when a news item on Switch had a list of available demos. Otherwise it wasn't on my radar. Fun game.
