Doesn't bother me too much. I hate when an achievement pops up when I'm not doing anything very special or noteworthy (cough DEFENSE GRID ON STEAM cough).

I'd love to try out the motion sensitive aiming, but probably with the 3D off.

The extra free DLC costumes is a nice touch. I'd rather not have to use my thumb to quickly use the touchscreen, which could be a small problem, but otherwise I'LL BUY IT

My guess: you can transfer all of your DSiware games to the 3DS, but you might lose the save data of the games that have online settings. Kinda like how Wii online data can't be copied or moved. (iirc?)

DSiware transfer = success! Also, I'll just swap out the 2GB SD card for my 4GB one, just in case. One universal friend code is awesome as well. Huzzah for a portable VC!

There's a launch window of "30+ titles," So those are just a few of the games that should be available around launch.

@vherub Not necessarily. However, I have an energizer brand induction charger from PDP, and the charges last about as long as a regular battery. I have no idea if this MadCatz brand one will be as good or not.
