@A01 People are kind of already connecting their devices of all sorts to their tv- my dad is a luddite and has a collection of android boxes, a chromecast in every room (he's more on the up-and-up on this stuff than I am). I think the general population is more amenable to something you pick up and take away with you that can also hook up to the tv than you think.
@Spin I'm surprised by your statement that the GC version is the better version- I'd love to have a copy as I find the Japanese language port on my PSTV to be ANNOYING to navigate menus (can never remember how to save or load save files, arrrgh!) but aren't the buttons reversed on the GC version? I am pretty good at that version after a beer or two (!!!) but it's a bit of a deal breaker for a lot of people, I thought.

@Chaoz I WISH it were only a hundred bucks for a 3DS capture card! It's pretty pricey and you have to send your 3DS away to get the mod done.
