This sucks. I do have the problem but only holding the Joy Con separately in each hand. In the grip I do not experience the problem. Hopefully they can fix this issue with a revision and replace the ones that are already out. Honestly though I wasn't expecting the grip to be comfortable at all, but surprisingly it is. It took a little getting used to coming from the Dualshock 4.
I do not know if I will pay for online service as I do not really play any online multplayer games on any other systems. I do hope they come up with a option that is not behind a pay wall. It would suck to have your system damaged and lose 100's of hours of play. Then to be told that you can back up your saves for a fee. I guess I do not understand the problem with backing up to a pc.
I can confirm the issue exists very bad when using them without the grip. I don't have the issue using the grip. I am directly in front of my console approximately 8 feel from it. If my knee moves just slightly in the way it crashes.
@darthstuey I hope they do it right. I can use remote play with my Vita, but if I register his PS4 as primary my Vita connects to his PS4 not mine. But you are right at least it can be done even with minor inconveniences. Maybe Nintendo will adjust their stance concerning this.
@darthstuey Sony has not made it very easy on PS4. I have one and my son has one. In order for him to play my purchases I have to either log out on my PS4 and log into his or register his PS4 as my primary console. Both are a pain because I can not play my PS4 at the same time if he logs into his to play games I purchased. If I make his my primary then I can not do remote play from my PS4 to my Vita. If there is an easier way I wish I knew.
I had considered canceling my pre-order. Was bummed about no bluetooth headset support, the Joy Con issue, and Nintendo just continuing to answer questions with "we can't answer that right now." That one is the most frustrating. I am going to stick it out and get it though. The more I see about Zelda the more excited I get. The Switch has potential IMO to be great. I am excited about it.
I do believe I am going to cancel pre-order. This along with no bluetooth headsets and lack of polish. It is no surprise that I have not owned home console by Nintendo since the N64. Some of the best games on the market, but that is only part of the equation. I will take my $400+ and buy Horizon, Nier, and Mass Effect.
@ThatNyteDaez I actually was hoping to play games i missed on skipped consoles. I know it was not a guarantee, but that will be a big part of my purchases.
Again another showing how this product was rushed to launch. I was really counting on some sort of VC, seeing as how they have "purposely" staggered games. I was hoping that was to give time to really polish other aspects of the console. Nintendo needs to step up.
Personally I feel like all these answers are a cover up for a rushed product. I do have one on pre order and am going to get it launch day. It will get a browser for sure in an update.
With all these games coming out of nowhere to make launch day makes me question if the Switch is that easy to port over and develop for or if they will be sorry ports. I hope it is that easy to develop for.

Re: Poll: Nintendo Switch Countdown - Less Than a Week to Go, Is the Hype Building?
@Camilla Bluetooth? I read where Nintendo stated there was no support for Bluetooth headsets. I hope I am wrong.
