I think Nintendo wanted this to get distributed very briefly so it would never disappear but they would be successful in protecting their IP. My problem isn't with Nintendo it's with copyright and IP laws.
Nintendo is going to have to amaze me at this point to get me to shell out another penny. All of this talk of Tegra X1 and crossing over with mobile games just doesn't sit well with me. At best the Tegra X1 will be just a little bit less powerful than XB1 and I know power isn't everything but by god if I'm spending $399 or more it better be at least comparable to current gen hardware even if you're being innovative.
I know I'm jumping the gun here but every "rumor" I hear gets me less and less excited for the NX. My opinion of Nintendo has steadily declined since the Wii. Its kind of like my ex wife, I thought she was the best thing ever until she screwed me over too many times to count. Now all that's left is bitterness and a sick urge to see her fail at everything.
@Sn0wCrack Thanks for the patch, I have no experience with the Wii U hacking community but this patch inspired me to give the kernel exploit a try and see if I could get your patch working. I've spent a while on it but I've finally got everything up and running. Thanks again.
@shaneoh It does work with the disk, you just have to go through the extra step of backing up your disk and patching the backed up files. I have no experience with this type of stuff but I've been able to get the game running with the patch.
@Quizler It's not, I've had nothing better to do for the past day or so so I decided to give this a try. I have no experience hacking or with homebrew but I've been able to save a back up of my Tokyo Mirage disk and patch it. I haven't got far enough in the game to see if it works but the game is running smoothly off of my sd card as I type.
