The Switch (as well as the Wii and Wii U) already uses Bluetooth for the controllers. I don't think there's anything stopping them from adding Bluetooth audio in a software update.
Well, I'm not buying it, I guess. Hopefully homebrew will come nice and fast so the community can get an undub going. Until then, I won't be playing this game. I guess this is the double-edged sword of adding proper voice acting to a Zelda game. It's cool in concept, but if it means I have to hear an english dub, it's literally worse than no voice acting. Unfortunately the game is built around said voice acting, so playing with voices disabled or the game on mute would just ruin the experience as well.
The Japanese voice acting is really really amazing. It was very moving when I saw it during the presentation. Looking up the trailer again later is when I discovered it was dubbed in several languages. This was really unfortunate, because it likely means I won't get to play with Japanese audio and English subs, as Nintendo of America is realllllly terrible when it comes to this sort of thing. Especially in recent years. I might actually put off buying the game until I find out if this'll be an option. If not, I'll have to wait until the homebrew scene for the Switch grows and I can forcefully undub it.
Would love to see a revision of this that mimics the shoulder buttons of the real GameCube controller. Both in shape/size and also in being analog. To handle having the same amount of buttons they could add a second Z button. There also needs to be a wired variant. They don't have time to sync up controllers, desync controllers, etc. at tournaments. There's also input lag, as someone else here said, although realistically that hasn't seemed to be an issue with the Wii U Pro controllers.
@Nomad You can get around region-locking with the homebrew Smealum made. I suggest checking out his twitter. Currently there's are quite a few exploits out. You'll want to use a permanent one, though.
I don't care too much about 3D these days. Does the GamePad support on Wii U also mean touchscreen support, then? If so, I'd probably lean toward the Wii U version. The GamePad tends to be more comfy than the 3DS.
This is rather upsetting. I have a 3DS and Wii U, and the thought of portable Smash worried me from the start. Hearing that it has indeed held back the Wii U version due to the need to make them similar, I am not happy at all.

Re: Roguelike Dungeon Crawler Tangledeep Is Wandering Towards Switch In 2018
This game looks fantastic. I'm very excited for it.
Re: DOOM Will Be 720p When Docked, And Unsurprisingly There's No 'Motion' Aiming
@GiSWiG Gyro aiming is closer to mouse aiming than analog stick aiming. It is both faster and more accurate than using an analog stick.

Re: Video: The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild's Localised Voice Acting is Pretty Darn Varied
@Ras Not sure how you guys think that's a solution. I am not fluent, and somehow I doubt the Japanese version will have English subtitles and text.

Re: Feature: How Mario Kart Brought Two Soul Mates Together
@manu0 I would say you're the creep for that thought process (going by your own morals, I don't think there'd be a problem if she had been 14 anyway).
