I loved this in the arcade, being able to use the Wii wheel just clinched it for me. A must have purchase for this old arcade-fiend.

Nothing much that grabs me there. I like to be early to the party with new hardware, but I think I'll be getting a lot of use from Wii U's backwards compatibility for the first few months of its life (i.e. still playing old games rather than picking up any of this lot)

I got a faulty 3DS on Day 1, but Nintendo quickly replaced it. I've come to love playing it now, especially StreetPass enabled games.

@HeroOfWaffles Some VC games do, but it's particularly noticeable on a fighter like this. PC Engine games are 60hz and some N64 games are optimised for PAL. The Neo Geo games compiled on SNK Arcade Classics run at 60hz so I don't understand it.

I stopped downloading Neo Geo games 'cos they all seem to run at 50hz. Is this any different?

How about the ability to make your 3DS go 'ping' when you get a new letter?

Some of those European ones will come in handy when I go on holiday this summer...

Ah, these bring back memories... Nothing will bring me round to the Circle Pad Pro though, I just don't want to carry that hulking lump of plastic round with me.

A stack of Wii games - Punch Out, Conduit 2, Trauma Centre, Boom Blox Bash Party and a gorgeous Tatsunoko vs Capcom fightstick! Might pick up Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus in the Amazon sales now.

The novelty of playing Gameboy games has worn off for me. If there's nothing new in 3D then I'll pass. Still too bust writing Letterbox notes and playing Mighty Switch Force anyway.

Set them all off in 'sleep mode' download and by the time I'd eaten my Rice Krispies they were all ready to play on my train to work. Yoshi's Island seems to have aged well, but I don't think Mario Kart has.

What with this and the Eurosport update, I'm in Nordic Winter Sports heaven!

I'm a sucker for these games, they're good fun and they get you out of your armchair. A Mario track will be a good laugh too

Yeah, this looks great. This will be a Day 1 download for me. Stuff like this is great for filling my commuting journey. StreetPass support just makes it essential. I hit a couple of people every day, so hopefully they'll be Freaks too.

This is comically bad. If it's just for MH then fine - I won't buy it 'cos it looks awful and adds loads of bulk. If it's part of a wider 32X upgrade type strategy for the 3DS then I'm sure it will be equally successful. (i.e. it will bomb)

I wouldn't normally have given much credence to this, but if you look at the future release schedule on any of the online retailers (Amazon et al) they've all got diddly squat lined up for the 3DS in terms of games. Could it be killed off so soon...? I hope not.

If Nintendo are bringing out a new price of hardware, something that's more focussed on pure gaming (two sticks) and might not even have 3D, could they be resurrecting the Gameboy line? Isn't this the second of their 3 pillars that they used to talk about?

I've loved all of these games (some more than others...) but the thought of being able to Trip out on the train to work just gets me buzzin'
