That was your first Sonic game then I take it? The graphics were visually pleasing but too cartoony for me. I also thing that the cutscenes were awesome, bar the deadly six.
Same here. (Sarcasm alert) Luckily for me though, I created my new main NNID not long ago so I have yet to re-complete 3D World...
@sinalefa You put my thoughts into words, thank you. I still however, think it's a bad game. It just didn't sit well with me. Ah well, preferences. I got it as my free game from the MK8 promotion so that's alright I suppose.
@GreatPlayer I wouldn't say "right" per se because everybody's opinion is different but yeah.
That's really funny. People have these things and they're called opinions? Yeah that was mine you just completely disregarded. I hated Lost World not because of the difficulty, in fact it was way too easy but just because it felt and looked horrible.
Well I'm not quite sure whether or not I want to own this anytime soon, Captain Toad minigames were great and all and the game looks amazing but there are better things to spend my money on at the moment: Bayonetta 2, SM4SH, Hyrule Warriors, Yoshi's Woolly World and all of that good stuff.
Maybe if I'm bored and Captain Toad is the last resort i'll spend £39.99 for it or however much it'll cost.
This looks pretty darn awesome. I have no idea when I'm gonna be able to get a hold of the 3DS version and an actually 3DS XL, but I absolutely cannot wait to try this mode.
I pretty much expected this as did a lot of other people. Good thing I recently bought a pro controller so that my bro and I could play otherwise I would've gotten bored of this game quickly.
Still pre-order material regardless if you ask me. Shiek alone is enough reason to buy this.
I think that I prefer the GBA remake a little more due to the fact that the controls are tighter but apart from that, the NES original has a unique charm to it that I absolutely love.
So if it weren't for the slight lag in movement and execution of attacks, Kirby's Adventure would be my preferred version hands down.

Re: Nintendo Download: 7th August (Europe)
I've heard good things about Scram Kitty, so I may just download it as the sale is online. And Abyss for 44p? WHAT A STEAL!
REALLY excited for Battle Chips also.

Re: Sega Once Again Targets 3DS As Its Most Lucrative Gaming System This Year
@sinalefa: I think I could have seen it in a different way if I had that mindset also, but I didn't. Great thinking.
Re: Sega Once Again Targets 3DS As Its Most Lucrative Gaming System This Year
@sinalefa: Ah. You made it seem like you had never played one before. Was that the only one you played before Lost World then?

@Mega719: After what was Sonic Lost World, I REALLY don't want them to do something so stupid.
Re: Have Some Gorgeous New Super Smash Bros. Screens, Because Why Not?
Man I can't wait. Already have the Wii U version pre-ordered. All I need now is an XL and a copy of this.
Time to resume getting rid of backlog I guess.
Re: Review: Ice Cream Surfer (Wii U eShop)
I was actually turned off by the art style anyway. It didn't look appealing at all.
I wanted to like it but eh.
Re: Video: Mario Battles Through Real Life Tokyo to Get to Super Smash Bros. Event
That is amazing. I smiled and chuckled throughout. Extremely well done.
Kudos to the creator.

Congratulations to all 3 of these lucky guys! Nice to see that the score is varied and that they're not all maxed out.
Fully anticipating the next tournament.

Re: Nintendo 64 Titles Heading to the Wii U Virtual Console
Would rather the Gamecube games came out first.
But if that isn't the case, then I'd really like for Banjo-Kazooie/Tooie to be amongst the launch titles for the N64 VC.

Re: Nintendo Download: 31st July (North America)
Totally unrelated but Shovel Knight needs to hurry his metal ass to the UK eShop.
Second, I've never tried Battle Network but I'm a huge Megaman fan so that needs to be changed.
Re: Play & Win: Join the UK Mario Kart 8 Tournament Rematch - Today!
Has anybody raced against Alan with the Alien like Mii? If so it was me! Some great racers racing tonight, having to get really competitive.
Good luck to all.
