Re: Random: Australian Man Sacked For Moaning That Pokémon GO Isn't Available In Singapore

Risingelement

Huh, Singapore doesnt technically have freedom of speech though. The government is free to bring someone down if someone's words are offensive.

And honestly, as a Singaporean, I am happy this way.
The strict law is in place to deter shitty behavior and nobodies' freedom should be an exception above the law. You let one go, you let all go.
We deal extremely harsh punishment to the lightest of crimes to prevent any future nonsense from happening. That's how crime rates are so low and Singapore continue to remain economically and physically secure on all fronts.

Trust me when I say that even though Singaporeans like to complain, we are mostly content with the competency our government.

Re: Don't Worry, The Legend of Zelda is Still Coming to Wii U

Risingelement

I don't understand.
Showing "games that are coming out in the immediate future" is the reason why they have absolutely nothing to showcase.

They are supporting the wii u almost entirely by themselves and if they continue stretching their titles thin across the year to stem the drought, the next E3 will be as lackluster as this one in titles.
Maybe 1 new zelda plus some forgettable titles just like this one in 2016 or something.
E3 is meant to hype the fans up.
Show them what the future of gaming holds.
Not showing them what is coming up JUST for this and next year.

Re: Poll: What Did You Think of Nintendo's E3 Digital Event?

Risingelement

I have a question.

Will this survey results be sent to Nintendo? Will my vote even matter?

Because they really need to see this. The entire direct was a trainwreck from start to finish. Im saying all that because i care.
Terrible jokes and skits with the puppets and overall very disappointing showcase of games killed me.

Re: Poll: As the PS4 Arrives, What Do You Think of the 'New Gen' Environment for Wii U?

Risingelement

Nah, nothing will go wrong. Ps4 is already bricking literally right out of the box, coupled with all the bad news they kept under wraps until a few weeks before launch is taking a toll on their reception with the public.
Microsoft lost their footing with the recent bad press as well.

If I were to give to a prediction, the Wii U wont be doing as badly at all. But it would be a little far to claim that it will dominate the market as well.
