I find it absolutely hilarious that Sony has the audacity to try and block this deal, when they've been locking games in exclusive contracts since the PS3 days.
Like the very curious case of Genshin Impact, i find it incredibly convenient that when that game became so big in Asia, we see no Xbox and Nintendo Switch releases... but its still on all Sony consoles... Sony is all about the double standards.
