@warioswoods: I thought I was the only one; figured I was doing something wrong since I couldn't find any official word from the Big N on their site. But no Mahjong, no Hidden Photo, no Mega Man showing up on my 3DS yet. I've been logging in every 3 or 4 hours to check since the early morning of the 16th. Now it's the 17th, and still nothing that fits under the "DSi" umbrella shows up in the eShop.
What's up, Nintendo? Was there a miscommunication somewhere? Your website seems to indicate that the 3DS is capable of downloading all the portable content day and date with the DSi crowd. I really don't want to bother with transferring more licenses, and it doesn't seem like the early adopters should be the ones getting the runaround.
In the world of VGs, I'm used to having a carrot dangled in front of me before it's snatched away at the last minute--I don't complain about that. But when I buy a backwards-compatible device and don't have access to the same software those with the older devices are getting, I also get confused... and annoyed.
