@net34a By your logic, PS4 should not make any more due to thier video card issues and taco bell scams. and XB1 shouldn't make any consles due to the Kincet failure.
for PS4 you will HAVE TO BUY a vita for some games to use as a second screen. The reason is that the tablet is OPTIONAL. There are some games where the wiimote is better. Imagine having to turn the tablet and shake it to shoot. sounds bad doesn't it?

Once again, it's the games. Remember the Atari Jaguar? More powerful than the Sega Genesis and the Super Nintendo Entertainment System, it died off quickly due to the lack of interesting and functional games (AVGN)
@Blastoise-san Exactly. Lots of horrible and mediocre games had a LOAD of achievements that made a game seem good when it really wasn't. Achievements should be like in brawl or tekken: Challenging but the reword is not only worth it, but also enhances the game (like unlocking levels/characters)

I remember Novmeber 2011. Game Informer said that the Wii HD was a PERFECT idea. They were praising it like a god. But when Wii U was announced, it was treated like GARBAGE. A Generation is WHEN something s released NOT its POWER. I love the 80s but that doesn't mean I grew up in them.
I wouldn't, but there HAS to be an incentive like making cocktails with the tablet or costumes/level packs based on nintendo themes like a metroid Night club.
When Wii U does a commercil it needs 3 thngs: 1) say "IT'S A NEW CONSOLE"! (and show wht the console looks like ) 2) say is WII COMPATIBLE 3)SHOW WHAT THE TABLET CAN DO
