@Gaviin the music is great in cross though! dream of a shore, time's scar, fields of time, just to name a few. I think trigger had many untouchable tracks, but cross's overall soundtrack is better.

@TheFox yes exactly! The fun, witty energy in the relationships and dialogue was gone imo.

@Rocky2418 I agree with most of what you’ve said, they should have made it a separate game unrelated to trigger, trigger’s just untouchable peak imo, but don’t you think cross’s vibe was phenomenal as it is? Forget the plot, I’ve never experienced games as immersive as the chrono games, mitsuda’s music does wonders man, whether it’s a great game or not, my fav VGM composer

@Expa0 I agree that BOTW's music shouldn't be up there, it's not the minimalistic style, it's the tunes themselves, they're nowhere as memorable, original or atmospheric as the previous games. (zora domain night and rito village are the only standouts for me) but hollowknight's freaking great, man! (I mean just listen to mantis lords, hornet theme or city of tears).

@Daniel36 yeah, 100% agreed, followed only by trigger.

I hope they eventually bring mystical ninja starring goemon 1 & 2, those games were great. Great music too. They did put goemon as a mii Fighter in smash.. so, hope that means it’ll come one day!

@mousness I totally agree with you on the fact that nintendo could do much, much better, but I think they have a lot to show this E3, so, I’m sure we’ll be satisfied at the end of it.

@Eddyson I totally get where you're coming from, but I feel that it's unfair on the games themselves when you use their fanbase to decide how you feel about them and whether you'll play them or not.

@TheFox I know what you mean, I feel that the magic was gone in all the entries after the trilogy (except great ace attorney), and that’s because the creator of AA, shu takumi left after the trilogy, he was the one behind the amazing characters and witty dialogue, but he’s back in the great ace attorney! It’s bound to be magical again.

@Low_ink you’ve got to get the trilogy, the gameplay is such a blast and they make you get emotionally attached to the characters like no other game.

@BoFiS let's go pester them on twitter to release them for the switch or something. best multiplayer ever.

@NGNYS they did release Vesperia on switch, besides symphonia was on the gamecube back then, why wouldn’t they release it? It’s the best in the series.

@MrAsild the combat is so fun, believe me you’ll have a blast grinding levels and exploring the beautiful world designs.

@Yattaze you never know, he could try to compose fitting music for zelda, i mean they are a lot of good composers who compose for different kinds of games. BOTW's music wasn't anything to write home about, so, i see it as an opportunity to live up to the standards of classic zeldas, atmospheric, memorable music. this guy's got it!
