Not bad. Not sure if I will get them but I like that they released all of the DK trilogy. That gets my hopes up for other series with games that havn't been released yet. (Mario, Sonic, MegaMan)

Even if they released one game a week, but cycled through all the consoles in turn, I would be very happy. At least you could think to yourself - "Crap, its a Neo Geo week, not my cup of tea, BUT next week is an N64 week so I can look forward to that"

Or the game could be fully functional for 500 points with the exeption that mega man's gun doesnt shoot. Run Mega man Run! Best of luck with that boss!! (DLC: Shooting available in 2009 for an extra 500 points)

So there is a list of top 10 Neo geo and they release King of the Monsters?? WTF. I don't even want any games on the top 10 Neo Geo list so why would I possibly want that garbage??

I really wish that I had some great memories of this as a kid so I would download this. Wait, sorry, I never like games that weren't very good. I was too busy playing Mortal Kombat to care about stupid monsters.

Thank you. Finally someone who's life isn't about being better or worse than those in europe. We all share one interest in VC.

Some people are just so impatient. Don't fall under the Nintendo spell! They want us to waste points on crap games when the ones we want don't appear. You don't NEED to spend points every release day.

Can't we argue about something a little more important? If the games I want don't appear on release day, I am somehow able to save my points and wait until next week. Call me amazing... I do wish some quality material would appear soon though.

What do we want?

The Sms version of this game would be great. If they game out with more Sms or GG versions of sonic games it would force the Sonic fans that have the mega collection to spend wii points on sonic games we couldnt get before.

I liked what someone said about having a channel that would list the downloads. maybe they could have a NES channel, a SNES channel, etc... This would make it very easy to access all of your VC games for a particular system. Now if they would just increase the memory!

Just bought and played this for the first time. (I skipped the SNES and got a Genesis). Very Fun game! I love mario games and this one is just as good as, if not better than, SMB 3. I still like certain aspects of SMB 3 better, but SMW has its own gems. I am really enjoying the alternate exits. Yoshi is ok. I don't feel strongly either way. Worth the buy without a doubt!

Thanks I am glad others feel that way too! This is a true test of self control. Just keep telling yourself "Just wait until next week."

This might be nice to just have running in the background as an alternative to buying a real fish tank. Not sure how real it will look, but from the screen shots it looks to be pretty good.

Well maybe they will figure out how pissed we all are and release Super Mario Kart without any warning. But you and I both know that we will eagerly check the wii shop channel on release day only to find more crap games that we don't want to play. Why can't Nintento just look at the top selling list for each console and give us at least one or two of those titles a month. Maybe they are hoping that, out of frustration and impatience, that we will all spend our points on Donkey Kong Jr. Math or Volleyball when the games we want don't appear. Oh well. I don't think I will really mind it after I am mega suprised by DK64 or Majora's Mask

Very Enjoyable game. Unique level design and overall very addicting. I remember playing this for hours on the genesis. If you have never played it get it when it comes out!

Has anyone else noticed there is a slight lag if you play this game on a high def TV? I have hooked it up to a regular old tv and my new HD TV and I simply can't beat the game on the HD. I have TKO'd Tyson (or mr dream - lame) tons of times on my NES and on the VC with an older tv. Considering timing is the only part of this game that matter it makes me kinda frustrated!

This review did not do this game justice. I had so much fun playing this game with my dad or a friend. It is a fun arcade game that is one of the better 2 player co-op experiances that doesnt take up your whole afternoon. The music is damn catchy though. It is a good laugh when your buddy crashes into the enemy base or ship!

One of my favorite games of all time. If you don't own it you NEED to buy it NOW!!!! Chemical Plant Zone music is so groovy and you will be humming it all day.

Just becuase I like the speed and the music better I would go with Sonic 2. These are both great games though and it would be worth getting both if you can afford it.
