This one was a pleasant surprise during the direct, looking forward to playing it this weekend.

@Alex79uk The main difference usually is just the version exclusive pokemon, including legendaries/mythicals. In some rare cases this extends to different gym leaders, villain teams, professors and even internal time settings. Iirc, Black/White and its sequel had one of the biggest version disparities due to some locations being unique to each title.

But most of the time, regardless of which version you choose, nothing in the main story is altered in any significant way. FRLG's main thing is the version exclusives and a different form for one Pokemon tied to an event in the post game.

Really looking forward to this one, it looks extremely charming!

I have a soft spot for Magnemite, I always had one of the little guys on my team whenever possible.

Also, Gosh, I still have that Pikachu plushie on the pic from when I was a kid, it seems the white in the eyes always faded at some point. We usually redrew them or stuck white circular stickers on them. So nostalgic.

These look really cool, it's been over 6 years since the last time I purchased an amiibo, might have to do it again

@Ace-Lucario The first set of this collection back in 2021 had buttons that you could press, I'm willing to bet these can be pressed too and the stick will also wiggle around. They're really cute

@JohnnyMind God, I'd love a new Punch Out from them, I remember it fondly, it's been 15 years. Whatever they do with Luigi's Mansion 4 would be welcomed too, LM3 was lovely.

Really wish the Expansion Pack had a monthly subscription available and not just yearly.

@Croctopus I swear I've clipped through the ground and into the water on every single map in Salmon Run at least once, specially on Hydroplant. Also had a new bug yesterday on Smokeyard were the mudmouths disappeared but kept spewing enemies. The bugs are still there but, thankfully, they don't pop up too often.

@nessisonett @Burning_Spear The main team was developing Rune Factory 5, which honestly needed to be the focus out of the two since it has at least three times the content that Story of Seasons usually offers.

That being said, I'm saddened that Olive Town ended up being what it was, even with the promise of QoL patches in the horizon. The game at it's core needs adjustments that a few patches for loading times and new dialogue just won't fix.

It's been 8 years since I played the original SW but, was it that much of an issue traveling back to Skyloft to replenish stuff from wherever you were on the map? Since it was sort of like the main hub of the game I thought you could easily fast-travel back to the place already.
Then again, 8 years. I barely remember anything besides the Ancient Cistern. Fun game, though

As previously mentioned the issue with the song is the lack of connection to Pokemon if you remove the video. The video itself was cute although the song was a little on the generic side but dang, some of the comments here are awful.

@Trikeboy @dont_simp_for_them Pretty sure new Snap was developed by Bandai Namco, not GF
