I was really hoping this would get 10/10. A score of 9 is OK but disappointed it isn't 10. May still buy it.

Celeste and Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze. Two of the greatest games ever made!

Heard rumours that it's going to have a hard mode that will be super challenging. Hope that's the case.

Would have preferred a new 3D zelda game but this will do.

Trial of the Sword was by far the most enjoyable part of the entire game. Very challenging and addictive.

@Duncanballs As I said Hollow Knight lasted over 100 hours, that's not an RPG and was developed by a very small team. Tropical Freeze took me over 40 hours to complete, I could go on. These are quality games with absolutely no filler content. 12 hours is so disappointing, bordering on shameful.

Did I hear that right? 12 hours running time? How can a full price game get 10/10 with only 12 hours running time? No matter how well the game plays, the score can't be justified. Hollow Knight cost me a fraction of the price and is absolutely top quality and lasted over 100 hours! 12 hours is absolutely ridiculous and really poor value for money.

It's a no brainer. I'll be buying the Steam Deck. Purchased Witcher 3 on Switch and had to return it as the graphics were so murky. Should look much better on the Steam Deck and there will so many other great games available for it right from the go. The icing on the cake is that the price of games will be much more reasonable compared to Switch.

I sure hope the Metroid Dread developers have played Hollow Knight and have aspired to delivering something just as good if not better, both in terms of playability, difficulty and the soundtrack. Hollow Knight is far superior to any 2D Metroid game I've ever played.

Why no mention of the soundtrack? If it's being compared to the Donkey Country games then there should be some mention of the soundtrack. I'm guessing it's nothing special if it didn't even get a mention.

3D World is a great game, just a shame it was too easy. If they include a hard mode in the Switch version then I might be tempted to buy it, but I don't think they will.
