Re: Soapbox: It's Nintendo's Job To Make Switch A Success, Not EA's, Ubisoft's Or Capcom's

@Syrek24
"Third parties just didn't care and were sabatoging Nintendo from the start, that much is clear, hence why I couldn't care less about most third party developers any more. Their arrogance and lack of ethics is utterly disgusting and we should not be supporting such slimy business practices/games."

Yeezus, you make Nintendo out to be a saint when that isn't the case. lol # third parties sabotaging Nintendo. Nintendo sabotaged themselves on more than one occasion. lol @ calling third parties arrogant. You must've not been born during the NES era when Nintendo's arrogance was at its peak. That's the definition of arrogant

Re: Talking Point: Should Nintendo Be Promoting The Wii U GamePad As A Tablet Killer?

IrateGamer

Good thing the writer of this piece isn't a marketer for Nintendo...a campaign emphasizing that the Wii U gamepad is a tablet killer is just downright laughable. It would be a fail of epic proportions.

So are we calling anything that resembles a tablet, a tablet now?

Is my 3DS an iPod killer then? It has all the functionality of an iPod plus more - touch screen, apps, games, camera, video, music player.

See how silly that sounds.

Re: Review: Color Zen (3DS eShop)

IrateGamer

Comments about games being free on droid/iOS always amuse me. Its like why bring it up? It has no bearing. So what if it was? There are more than a handful of DSi/eShop games that were once free mobile games.

Some have even gotten retail physical releases.

Re: Tappingo 2 Confirmed for a Summer Release on 3DS eShop

IrateGamer

Great news, first game rocks.

May I make a suggestion/request @HugoSmits?

I'm not sure how many others feel this way, but could we have puzzles locked and unlock as we progress?

I mean it's neat being able to jump to puzzle 99 and solve it right away...but on the other hand, everything unlocked sort of kills that satisfaction of progression or that feeling you are making headway through the game.

@KFlow325
I see your point, but on the same token I don't see why you or anyone else is harping on the numeric score.

In the long run, the numeric score shouldn't dictate the verdict of the game. The content of the review should.

Additionally, this is on person's view on the game, and if they didn't like it, they didn't like it. If they felt the number was justified to themselves, that shouldn't be an issue overall.

@Neko_Chan

uh so they don't skip games?

Regardless of what you think of the game, it's stupid if they released only the "good" ones...since that in itself is subjective.

Releasing them in order makes more sense.

Now if only Konami would follow suite. Still waiting on Contra and CV3.

Re: 3D Game Collection

I bought it, it's okay. Disappointed that a good portion of the games repeat between the different "themes" and in general. There's like 3-4 jigsaw puzzles alone.
