Lately he's mainly used in cutscenes (barring Sonic 4 ep.2). I would actually prefer to have him as an alternative charachter to play the game.

In Resident Evil 6 you can find all the "traditional" zombies that you want (including fat ones, dog ones and super ones), and even some walking skeletons to boot. Of course, there are a lot of non-zombies too, but at least they've got multiple eyeballs so I guess they're okay.

In Luigi's Mansion 2, there was a similiar joke: when E Gadd gave you the DS (ie Double Scream), he said he was preoccupied about the battery life and so had to lower the brightness level.

I'm actually considering buying it even before reading any review... I saw a spooky Japanese trailer with dark corridors, white mysterious girls and hunched, faceless monsters... It remembers me of Prey, and in a good way!!!

I'll try to finish Luigi's Mansion 2... King Boo I'm coming for you!!!!

I think I'm noticing a slight sexual tension building between Luigi and E Gadd as I play through Luigi's Mansion 2...

A short game with interesting unlockables, or extra modes, or "missions", or even a local co-op is good. On the other hand a very short game with next to no replay value like, say, Madworld, is way funnier if you paid it just €19,90 or so. BTW who developed that Madworld again?

In Italy DS (and so 3DS, too, as nearly no-one can tell the difference) is considered a "kid toy". Seriously, one of my 7 years old daughter's schoolmates saw that I had a 3DS and said to me "Don't you know that thing is for kids?". Adult handheld gamers are rare indeed around here, and judged as slightly unhinged, too.
Of course everyone plays with tablets and smartphones, but that's "normal". :-S

I completed it 100% in a dozen hours: I liked it a lot even if the final "surprise" was telephoned like two hours into the game. The main difficulty was finding which moves were best with the various enemies (hint: bat-stun the fleamen squad ), and I actually like to discover such things by myself... usually

Today I played my VC Sonic Blast: in Blue Marine Zone (Act 2) you are REQUIRED to find a secret passage through a seemingly-solid wall to reach the finish line!!!

Everyone knows Scrooge in Italy, too, even if they'd not been airing Ducktales for decades 'round here. Our lil ones mainly know him through Italian-made comics like "Topolino" (ie the Italian name of Mickey Mouse).

Batman: Arkham Origins-Blackgate... Long, three-part title, 2,5D Metroidvania handeld entry in a PS360 game series... Wasn't this game already out last month?

On the other hand, I really like Castlevania:LoS-MoF, so maybe I'll like this too!!!

I used them in MGS: Snake Eater 3D to remember "secret" radio frequences, and also used them to write some quick "real life" note.

I played the mobile (Windows Phone actually) version.
On the other hand, "Erdrick" sound much like a mistranslation of "Link" from Japanese, as it's easy for Western translators to mix Ls and Rs if they don't know already the word they're translating. A similiar error originated the Aeris/Aerith problem in FFVII.

In Final Fantasy I, in the elf city, there is a tombstone reading: "Here lies Link". Overconfidence?

Maybe, as I lay down proximity mines in my freshly downloaded Resident Evil: Mercenaries 3D, I could pretend to be the Easter Bunny hiding eggs for the Ganados to find... Surprise! (KA-BOOM)

Really it should have campaign co-op as you're almost always paired with another character during the story.

You CAN transfer games between 3DSs, or from a DS to a 3DS. I did so to leave my old DS to my daughters.

Quite so, and I like their licensed games (like Aliens: Infestation and Batman: the Brave and the Bold) even more than those based on their own IPs (like Shantae or the Mighty series), so I have good feelings for this game.

Half-Life's first weapon wasn't a wrench: it was a crowbar IIRC. But you started with a wrench in Prey, and I liked that game very much. However, I found Moon quite mediocre: the DS versions of COD Modern Warfare and COD World at War were better FPSs, IMHO.

I just started Act III of Castlevania LOS:MOF.

I never played Contra... but I never liked "metroidvania" games, too, while I LOVE Mirror of Fate, so if they'll do that, I'll try that!

Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask, and possibly completing Sonic Blast or my fourth walktrough of Sonic Triple Trouble.

Sonic Blast is decent, it's good to control Knuckles even if it's not in the same league as Triple Trouble.
