@Will808 Except dedicated handheld gaming consoles are still better for portable gaming than modern smartphones thanks to their bulit-in physical controls for gaming no matter how completely awful this Kickstarter product is.
@GeminiSaint Sorry but Yooka-Laylee was complete junk IMO thanks to the game mimicking the awful camera system from the Banjo-Kazooie N64 games, and also, to me, the N64 Banjo-Kazooie games have aged worse than something like Super Monkey Ball on the GameCube.
@DeathUriel Look, it is completely fine if you want to pay for it but you need to realize that both completely and permanently locking stuff behind subscription services isn't good for longevity reasons at all!
@DeathUriel Honestly, do you not realize how dumb of an idea it is to have games that are both completely and permanently locked behind a subscription service?!
@roadrunner343 Yeah but that doesn't personally matter to me since all of those games for the Nintendo Switch will still be completely locked behind that lame Nintendo Switch paid online service unfortunately!
@maruse Except you'll completely lose access these games on the Nintendo Switch once your subscription the Nintendo Switch's paid online service completely expires and/or once the Nintendo Switch's paid online service completely ends!
@8-Bit_Superman Again with the whole "It is only $20 dollars a month!" junk because in reality it is still a completely dumb idea no matter what monthly fee price they completely slap on it!
@8-Bit_Superman Except stuff like the Nintendo Switch's retro games being completely locked behind a subcripition service is a completely terrible idea because once your subscription to the service completely ends and/or once the subscription service completely end then you are completely out of luck!
@ReaderRagfish Except that the biggest problem with this is that you can't play these older games on your Nintendo Switch once your subscription to the Nintendo Switch's paid online service expires you clown!
@atlas3686 How about having a purchase option for these games on the Nintendo Switch instead of completely locking them behind a subscription service?!
@tazbones Sorry but this is a completely garbage move as you will completely lose access to the games that you've obtained through the Nintendo Switch's paid online once your subscription to the Nintendo Switch's paid online expires you clown!
@AcridSkull The only reason as to why Nintendo hasn't said a word about this on their site is that isn't even out yet, and also I personally have never seen nor heard anyone say that NES games on the Nintendo Switch were not exclusive to Nintendo Switch online subscribers.
@antdickens Fine but I personally will never have any respect for people that both completely and blindly defend junk like NES games on Nintendo Switch being completely tied to Nintendo Switch online subscribers and paid online services like the Nintendo Switch's online service as that is just shows how completely ridiculous certain people are these days.
@Joeynator3000 I personally am fully aware that you aren't allowed to argue with a site moderator or else you can get a permanent ban but I was clearly only calling out people defending the whole junk whereby NES games are exclusive to the Nintendo Switch's online as people with brains like me fully know that junk like this are completely anti-consumer and that it is completely ridiculous actually see people completely defend junk like this.
@Joeynator3000 Well you clearly have a Nintendo Life site moderator star next to your Nintendo Life account name pretty much giving you some control over the Nintendo Life site!
@Joeynator3000 They clearly are when they completely defend stuff like NES games on the Nintendo Switch being completely tied to Nintendo Switch's paid online and my god are the rules for your site completely ridiculous if people on this site aren't allowed to be called out specifically if there is no cursing involved at the very least.
@HydroSeptr It is because the NES games for the Nintendo Switch are completely tied to Nintendo Switch's payed online service and once your subscription to the service runs out you can't play them anymore until you resubscribe to the service!
1. True
2. Only because the 3DS has a lower res screen and a weaker GPU than the Nintendo Switch.
3. The sound quality coming from the Nintendo Switch's speakers is pretty poor as well.
4. How big do you need a screen on portable device that has one to be?
5. Except slowdowns on Virtual Console games on the 3DS only come from the games themselves and not from the 3DS Virtual Console emulators themselves!
6. The New 3DS' C-Stick is definitely complete junk.
@AlternateButtons That is because it is completely ridiculous when Nintendo corporate slaves and similar type people like you claim that paid online services like the Nintendo Switch's online service are not bad when in reality they are completely anti-consumer!
@AlternateButtons At least I personally am stating facts unlike Nintendo corporate slaves like you that are both completely and blindly defend Nintendo poopy moves like their online service for the Nintendo Switch being subscription based!
@AlternateButtons Nibelsnarf off Nintendo corporate slave because games shouldn't be completely locked behind a subscription service, and also I'm not a troll now get the nibelsnarf out and go throw your hard earned money at Nintendo for this poopy mistake of theirs known as their payed online service for Nintendo Switch you poopy Nitendrone!
@Nintentoons That is still called rebuying stupid as you can't claim that something is free when said thing is clearly locked behind a paywall like NES games on Nintendo Switch.
@Atariboy Quit defending AtGames because even though their Android powered Genesis box had better Sega Genesis sound emulation it suffered from god awful framerates from games played through it.
@Tyranexx The jelly donut thing from one Pokemon dubbed by 4KidsTV is exactly one of the main reasons why 4KidsTV was and still is even in this day in this day in age memed to death by the Internet.
@KingdomHeartsFan Dawn was the reason why I personally had stopped watching the newer episodes of the Pokemon anime and only watched the Kanto, Johto, and Orange Islands episodes including the movies based on both the Johto and Kanto Pokemon anime episodes until the day I personally had permanently stopped liking both anime and Pokemon all together.
@CrazyOtto Except Sega's Dreamcast console was such a flop in the sales department to the point where it almost completely killed them so because of that I don't personally think that Sega wants to make another console ever again.
@N64SNESU Yeah because making Sega games exclusive to Nintendo platforms and having Nintendo making Sega's IPs like Sonic worse than what they already are know would be a great idea right?!
@Mince-Pie Yeah and I personally apologize for being pissed of at you for no reason at all but I personally just can't stand it when people beg for Sega to release another because ito me it should be common sense by this point that even Sega themselves have basically stated in 2005 that a new console from them was and still is never gonna happen.
Somehow I personally wouldn't hold your breath on AtGames making an improved portable Sega Genesis/Mega Drive but then again AtGames really is nothing more than an awful cash grabby company that only blind retro gaming hipster freaks and blind nostalgia gaming freaks pretty much defend.
@Zael Honestly, the fact that you think that modern day smartphones are good gaming is pretty [removed] cringy to me because most modern day smartphones don't have built-in physical controls, and no that whole "buy a Bluetooth controller for your phone" argument is [removed] as not only is that extra cash that you have to spend to get one but also you have to keep paring it to modern day smartphone in order to use it and since is a Bluetooth device it will pretty much be a huge battery drainer for your phone but even more so when you use it for games on your phone.
