I think people are being unfairly judgemental here.

This guy enjoys spending his time doing this. Too much time on his hand? No, this is his hobby.
If you enjoy training for a sport or collecting die cast toys, or whatever, that's what you choose to spend your time doing. Therefore, the argument of "you have too much time" could really be applied to anyone.

This man in particular has chosen to spend his time doing this and I think it's a pretty cool hobby to have. Cut him some slack.

I'm not a fan of the Classic Disney characters and the concept art doesn't really say a whole lot about the game, so chances are if this game came out, I for one probably wouldn't get it.

If you're cheating at a game, you have no right to be playing it. That's my two cents anyway.

The very fact that they haven't seemed to publicise the fact that it's Samus' 30th anniversary keeps me hopeful that they have something secret in the works that we will hear more about in the near future.

Guys, think about it this way...

Nintendo could still make the 30th anniversary by releasing a Metroid game between now and August 7th 2017.

I doubt Ninteno would do miss out on a this momentous opportunity, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a Metroid game on the NX to be released in 2017.

Edit: Well I guess Federation Force is coming out, although it's not really a true Metroid game. I'm going to keep on hoping anyway.

I'm with you on that. Why is everyone taking for granted that these rumoured ideas are the real deal?

These are rumours, everyone. Don't get hooked on these ideas. Nintendo might have something entirely different up their sleeves.

On a slightly related note, do we have any idea when Nintendo may reveal the NX? (Any high-profile expos / conferences / or anything coming up that we should keep an eye on?)

This looks more like a handheld game, if you ask me.

Given the fact that they haven't listed the 3DS as a platform, could this possibly confirm that the NX has a handheld element to it as we suspect?

Just paid attention to the release date - coming this November.
Could this be Nintendo's "get it for Christmas" product?

In other words, this could mean no more Wii U releases until the NX as this console would be, in Nintendo's eyes, the most important thing to focus on during the Christmas season.

It looks really cool, although I'm not interested enough to pick one up at the moment. Tbh, I'd prefer if Nintendo kept their focus on the one console that threatens Nintendo's presence in console gaming - the NX.

Needless to say, at least they're capturing the publics attention. Hey, this might even merit the release of the NX due to the publicity this console will gain.

@SLIGEACH_EIRE When you think about it, granted they release the game before June 2017, they haven't really "missed" the 25th anniversary.

Is it worth 34.99?
In my opinion, provided the game is genuinely fun to play, it's probably worth the money.

I know Alex is trying something new, which is great, but I wonder if there's any chance foul language and adult humour could be avoided. His videos up to this have been fantastic.
