YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! totally adored the sega genesis version and loved the ps1 sequel. Capcom, give strider hiryu another chance to shine, he is one your best characters ever!!!!; and in the future also give firebrand a fourth entry in his series, he is by far better than arthur.
Castlevania 2 isn't a bad game per se, but it really falls apart when we compare it to castlevania 3 (the game I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY WANT TO HIT THE 3DS ESHOP, a little more than castlevania 1). I never really liked the avgn (aside from from the point he is a sellout now) because he constantly bashes this game causing others who haven't played it have a pretty bad impression of the game (I'm not saying it's good or excellent, but it isn't as terrible as he say it is), and I kinda enjoy it because it follows the story of my favorite belmont: Simon.
I would give this a 7.5, below castlevania 1, 3 or 4 but I would give it a go again on the 3ds eshop.
@Zombie_Barioth I really didn't enjoy the demo because I felt the controls kinda weird and also the monsters were kinda dissaponting but if you say there are better monsters I might check it out in the future, when the price drops, because luigi's mansion 2 will be my last purchase this month.
I don't know why but monster hunter never really caught my attention, I downloaded the 3ds demo 2 weeks ago along with the lords of shadow demo, and I got bored playing monster hunter and instead got addicted with mirror of fate. Playing fire emblem awakening lunatic mode, mirror of fate for the third time, megaman 3 and luigi's mansion 2 coming next week will be keeping me busy for a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG TIME so I don't think I will buy this.
@AtomicToaster I don't get it either, I mean, yes I'm thankful symphony of the night existed, but that doesn't mean all castlevania games should be like that. This game opted for trying something new and different so the series could be revived but as always, haters bashed it like there was no tomorrow. Getting 100% is not THAT HARD, but I recommend you use the touch screen reminders you can leave on the map, otherwise you will forget where some treasures or souls are, believe me.
@DaveC It's just not lemonade we are making, it's logic. I know just 1 person where I work that owns a vita (a sony fanboy) but even he is willing to sell his because he rarely uses it; and on the other hand I know like 25 3ds owners that use it regularly. Sony is focusing right now on both the ps3 and the upcoming ps4 that the vita is in the wii u position right now, it needs software. Even Dave Cox admitted they scrapped the castlevania project they had with the vita in favor of launching mirror of fate for the 3ds, so yeah, there goes your third party support theory.
@KnightRider666 My thoughts exactly, sony dominates right now with the ps3 but nintendo has no competition in the handheld market with the 3ds; and yeah I also downloaded the monster hunter demo but didn't like it, it was pretty boring, I don't know why it has so many hype, it's not zelda nor fire emblem, so I don't get it either.
This is temporary, I agree with many people here commenting, they're not counting the millions and millions of japanese that already own a standard 3ds or an xl, and besides, nintendo will totally rape the vita with this combo: luigi's mansion next week + dkcr 3d in may + animal crossing new leaf in june (here in america) + mario and luigi dream team in june or july + pokemon x and y in october + smash bros demo in e3 for both 3ds and wii u. The vita will need a miracle to surpass the 3ds once those events start triggering.
@WaveBoy I liked the wily stages in 2, but I agree, they are so long and tedious that it backfires on the game, like you said bosses like the dragon, the guts-tank, alien wily are just awesome and feel very rewarding to destroy; MM1, MM3, MM9 AND MM10 are superior in that way, the wily stages in those are just much more fun to play; and yeah, in the nes entries the mega buster just feels too weird for its own good, it totally broke 4, in 5 and 6 they toned it down but not enough to make some bosses easier with it. The games where the mega buster feels right are megaman 7, megaman 8 and megaman and bass, that is all.
@KeeperBvK The problem with 4 is that the megabuster was too powerful that it ruined the game, in 5 and 6 it was powerful alright but it was toned down so that you didn't kill everything in the game with a single shot; also, it has the cheapest boss in the entire series (including x and zero): TOAD MAN. That's another problem 4 has, in jewels like 1, 2 or 3 if you faced certain bosses with only the mega buster, you were crazy as hell, examples: elecman, quickman, shadowman, hardman, iceman, etc. those bastards can kill you pretty quick if you aren't careful enough to dodge their attacks. 4 is the cheapest in the series, it was so damn easy that I didn't use any special weapon to defeat any of the bosses, just the mega buster at full charge.
@Peacock So, you're passing the jewel masterpiece in favor of the golden turd? Megaman 4 has nothing against 3, and I really liked the dark tone the game has, also, the level design is flawless to me.
This is the best megaman game capcom has ever created, period. It has everything you want, a pretty long game, a classic soundtrack, the best robot in the series protoman/blues, no more weird items for rockman as you now have rush, the best enemy robot in the series shadowman, etc etc etc etc. I would easily give this a 10/10 as it is just awesome from all angles.
The problem is, that again, nintendo are the only ones that 100% fully understand how wii u works internally, and from the angle I see it, third parties don't want to suffer the task of adapting their games to a console they don't have any idea how it operates or how they want the console to run their games, ergo, nintendo is on its own (again).
The wii u future truly depends on how they will handle e3, and this time around, they can't risk to blow it.
The problem with nintendo, is that seem to be focusing a lot more to the 3ds than the wii u, when the 3ds is doing just marvelous right now: fire emblem and castlevania just explode the sales charts right now and luigi's mansion will do the same in a week; the eshop has lots and lots of games, megaman 3 just launched and harmoknight will help to make the eshop more solid than it is; the pikachu 3ds xl was one of the most anticipated versions of the console and we are just 1 week from its launch along with the new pokemon game; great games will be coming along as well: dkcr 3d in may, animal crossing new leaf in june, pokemon x/y in october, mario and luigi dream team in june or july and I think in the upcoming e3 nintendo will unveil at least 2 other powerful 3ds titles along with the demo of smash for 3ds and wii u.
The 3ds is selling like crazy and it has a lots of games right now while the wii u desperately needs some attention because third party developers are just ignoring it. I'm not complaining about the 3ds receiving tons of attention, as a 3ds owner I'm flattered but as a potential wii u owner in the future, I'm worried that nintendo isn't aware that the wii u has software shortage right now. Smash bros won't launch 'til 2014, wind waker is another remake without release date, they keep promising pikmin 3 is near its launch but I don't see it coming, bayonetta 2 and wonderful 101 are in the same scenario and who could forget the rayman legends fiasco. They really need more solid dates for wii u games, otherwise nintendo will fall with their console, e3 is their chance of redemption.
@DarkNinja9 My thoughts exactly, I really don't know why nintendo re-released a wii game just now, they should have made a game that bridges dkcr1 and dkcr2, kinda like mirror of fate, then in october or november launch dkcr2 for the wii u, I really don't get nintendo sometimes.
@DarkCoolEdge Ocarina of time and star fox 64 were different scenarios, since they were remakes from 90's games, this is a port from a VERY RECENT GAME, totally different.
Why is everyone so scared to have this 3ds xl? I'm 21, have a job, a very lovely gf, I love music and a good smoke, so basically I give a f-ck what everyone thinks of me when I play on my pikachu 3ds xl, I really want this one.
The problem I see with sites like ign and gamespot is that they don't know what the hell they're talking about, like AlexSora89 pointed out, I really just don't get it when a reviewer gives call of duty 33 a 9 or a 10 and then nintendo unleashes something like metroid ultimate for 3ds or something, they just give it an 8 for being TOO KIDDY, TOO REPETITIVE, TOO STALE, TOO DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHER GAMES IN THE SERIES, ETC ETC ETC ETC. That's why I trust nintendolife with scores, because they're not nintendo-biased, for example: they gave excellent scores to fire emblem, kid icarus, the mario games, and zelda on the 3ds because the games deserved that score, but mario tennis open, an awful game, got a 7, which I agree completely because it lacks so many things and feels empty nonetheless. A game's demo can either be an excellent tool to get more attention and sales (as in the case of lords of shadow, the demo hooked me instantly) or can be your worst enemy you yourself created (I'm looking at you monster hunter 3 demo), and I agree that it is essential in either give a game a chance or discard it from your wish list.
Also I really think aonuma and nintendo won't be stupid, they will find a way to give you a password so you can access the ultimate battle with ganon once you finish one of these two bad boys, the advance shops weren't so important but again I think nintendo will unlock them in the 3ds version, the software we will get will emulate the playthrough as if playing the games on a gba instead of a gbc.
Nintendo, now that you will give us two of the best gbc and zelda titles overall, PLEASE BRING TO AMERICA'S VIRTUAL CONSOLE WARIO LAND 3 ,and then launch these amazing gbc games: super mario bros. best version so far: super mario bros. deluxe, shantae, metal gear solid ghost of babel, mario tennis and pokemon pinball (the only bad thing is we'll lose the rumble feature).
This is the best mega man game ever!, it has shadow man, my favorite robot master created by dr. wily, the introduction of my favorite character protoman/blues and also the introduction of rush; everything on this game is classic and perfect. Sad thing is, the sequel is just garbage.
This is day dreaming davie hardcore edition, even though I love hal mainly for kirby games, they kinda dropped the ball with that game. I really hope this time a dreaming sequence game is done right by this company.
Fire emblem awakening lunatic mode continuation and my recently acquired castlevania lords of shadow mirror of fate, which is simply awesome, loving the simon belmont part.
@Deathgaze And you won't ever know that you're completely wrong; while I admit the snes is a masterpiece as well, the sega genesis/megadrive had its own collection of games that set it aside from the snes completely. Graphics aren't everything, and from your type of comment, we also could assume that the xbox360 is superior to the wii just because it has better graphics.
The game console that taught me how to play and also my first one (thanks dad); this is my favorite console of all time just for a reason, and it isn't sonic: THE SHINOBI TRILOGY; that was a hell of a trilogy, and also very hard games. Shadow dancer the secret of shinobi a.k.a shinobi 2 taught me how to play those 1 hit kill games, the reason I can play games like contra, metal slug or even gunstar heroes on this very same console, without it, it would have been difficult to master them. Shinobi 1 and specially 3 are simply perfect action/platforming masterpieces that I play every now and then. Pure masterpieces came out for this: phelios, gaiares, altered beast port, phantasy star 2 and 4 (3 is crap), sonic tetralogy, strider, gunstar heroes, alien soldier, tiny toon adventures, animaniacs, TMNT: Hyperstone Heist, Super street fighter 2, streets of rage trilogy, golden axe trilogy, mickey mouse castle of illusion, quackshot, mickey and donald world of illusion, X-MEN 2 CLONE WARS (1 was crap, again), dick tracy, taz escape from mars, contra hard corps, castlevania bloodlines, rocket knight adventures, etc etc etc etc. Best console ever.
@eleven59 I completely disagree with you, you're just fusing goku with yamcha, and that is hideous to say the least; ign and gamespot rant about everything in a game: BAD CONTROLS, BAD GRAPHICS, BAD MUSIC, ETC ETC ETC ETC. and while I admit that nothing is 100% perfect, those guys just see the negative way of everything; I totally buy a game depending on the opinion of nintendolife, because instead of just focusing on the negatives, in every review, they clarify my doubts about a game's control, music, etc. I feel better informed about a game in both strong and weak points.
Nintendo just needs to put games like wii u fit, just dance, lego games, etc to a minimum attention and focus on zelda and smash bros this e3; nobody travels to e3 just to see a new gimmick game like wii fit, just do that nintendo and you'll destroy sony and microsoft on the expo.
@Pixelroy F-ck yeah, that's castlevania awright!!!!, leather whip transforming to chain whip, a secondary weapon, and that's it. Good luck completing the game with that.
@Urbanhispanic My thoughts exactly, I really agree with you in everything you posted, I really loved the demo and I am buying the physical copy; also the metroidvania style was dying off already, konami needed something fresh to rejuvenate the series asap. IGN and gamespot are bullpoopiedoodledingdongs, unless it is a fps they are reviewing, everything else is a waste of time.
@Wheels2050 Then you're going to have a hard time catching an earthbound copy, trust me; expensive as heck but the best snes game all around, good luck.

@WaveBoy Glad to see you finally changed your image waveboy, anyways, I'm a huge castlevania fan like you, and SCIV is my favorite in the series, it will always be; but on the other hand, I feel this game like circle of the moon, one of my favorites in the series, and I totally love that game for the gba. I feel that instead of revamping the series into a mash-up of other games that have nothing to do with castlevania (which was my fear for this game), they took the best elements of past entries and created this great title. I'm really looking forward to play the entire game in 3 days.
@DaveC I totally agree with you, this isn't hack and slash here and there, just hoping everything dies when you do reckless attacks, this game involves strategy, if you f.ck up two or three times in areas where you are in a THE WALKING DEAD situation (completely surrounded), you die, as simple as that; and that is excellent, because that's how retro games worked, you get hit too much before thinking of a way to progress, well, back to square 1 sucker. Castlevania the adventure rebirth had that and I just loved it.
@jon_simmons I thought the same, that it was because of that, but nope, this is one of those special games, where you must be in total control of what you do in order to survive. The rare zombie thing, the final boss of the demo, made me his bitch like 7 seven times in a row, but after learning patterns and the moves the demo teaches you to use, like rolling, I totally destroyed him and he was my bitch in that matter. I really had my doubts with this game, but somehow I have faith in it, it plays A LOT like circle of the moon, and in my book, that is just marvelous.
@KnightRider666 I don't know if we played the same demo or not, but a slight framerate issue like the one seen in mgs3d snake eater wasn't that much, it didn't slow the game for long and it didn't froze for a couple seconds, also the graphics were nicer than its ps2 counterpart, all in all it was a match made in heaven for the 3ds. This is where sonic all-stars fell flat, the game freezes while you race and the graphics look all muddy and bland, while mario kart 7 just blinds you with all those bright colors and runs smoothly. I'd give it a 5 or a 6.
The weird thing is that I expected mirror of fate to have the framerate problems due to the intense action going on at once instead of this one, but nope, it is the other way around. I played a few times this game's demo but it runs SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO slow at times and that is very dissapointing because mario kart 7 doesn't have these type of issues and it is the same handheld console. Also some of the characters while you're racing look pixelated, again, a problem kart 7 didn't have. Bottom line, do what thomas said, get the u version of this, and for those who doesn't own kart 7, get it asap.
@pntjr Wow, what a douchebag you are; you must be effing wolverine that you heal yourself all the time . Go back to your room in your mom's house and let the adults post here.
The part that worries me the most is where he says that there's the scenario where this disease he has contracted, has no cure; if that is the case, maybe this will be his last amazing project. I really hope it is temporary because he is one of nintendo's pillars. Get well Sakurai-san.
@Silvervisiona I think the same, I'm just interested in the dlc that gives me new classes and perhaps new skills; and yeah, spotpass is the way to go if you want extra characters.
Oh snap....., I won't be getting this for a while, I mean, THIS GAME IS HUGE IN CONTENT, kinda like kid icarus. I still haven't passed chapter 14 because of all those crazy child paralogues that are hard as hell (except for the morgan paralogue), also enemies appear on the map for you to kill, not counting the mystery boxes which provide you to battle and experience with fire emblem characters from the past with teams for you to defeat and recruit. All those companies that launch dlc (yes, I'm looking at you capcom!!!!) should learn from this, the characters you get from it are completely optional, the quests are extra along with new classes that do not affect the main game that much while, at the same time you get a game that is GIGANTIC on its own. Wow....
@FluttershyGuy You're not wrong for being so excited about it, both games are in my top 5 zelda games, and you won't regret playing them, they are masterpieces superior to almost everything this game generation has to offer, and we are talking about gbc games, not gba, ds or 3ds. I suggest playing seasons first as it is more oriented towards action/adventure, being the easier of the two. I really really really really want nintendo and capcom team up once again to finally release the third oracle game that had to be canceled due to time restraints when these two classics were released.
Both of them are classics and masterpieces, completely flawless in my opinion, just the perfect definition of what the legend of zelda means; but if I have to choose which one is the best.... I'd say ages because it was so much more oriented towards solving puzzles and because it has my favorite zelda dungeon of all time; mermaid's cave. Time travel and zelda are like bread and butter.
@WaveBoy The adventure gb is often criticized for the stiff controls and short length; 5 years ago I got the gb cartdridge in a swap meet and f-ck was it hard as hell. I consider it one of the ultimate challenges for a castlevania player, especially the level where you're in a platform and have to maneuver through ceilings and ceilings of spikes and christopher belmont moves like a slug. You're right about not bothering with dracula x for snes, I had the cartridge and it is a terrible port of rondo of blood, all the levels of the original being replaced with terrible levels badly designed; also, the battle with dracula is ridiculously hard, I only managed to beat him once. So, bottom line, don't bother.
Physical controls really took great influence on everyone when buying this game (along with the 3D), and for $2 I agree it is an amazing game. I once went to an apple store and one of the ipads had marvel vs capcom 2 downloaded and ready to play, BUT OH MY GOD, it was just unplayable; special moves took me forever to unleash and supers were just plain impossible. The thing is, tablets and smartphones will never be adequate if you want to play a fighting game like street fighter, a race game like mario kart, an rpg game like pokemon or a pretty good platformer like mario; they were just designed for VERY BASIC games that you play for 10-15 mins, nothing else.
@WaveBoy Contra rebirth was very short and yeah, I agree that contra 4 is superior but the final boss of contra rebirth (the weird thing with garbage) was very difficult to me because of the constant change of angle the camera had. Also, if you want another awesome castlevania experience just download the turbografx-16 cd game CASTLEVANIA RONDO OF BLOOD, the prequel to symphony of the night, I really enjoyed being able to choose your own path to dracula and also being able to play as a very different character to richter belmont; if you haven't downloaded it, I really recommend it to you.

Re: Zelda Game Boy Color Oracle Duo Heading To Western 3DS eShops Before Summer
Also I really think aonuma and nintendo won't be stupid, they will find a way to give you a password so you can access the ultimate battle with ganon once you finish one of these two bad boys, the advance shops weren't so important but again I think nintendo will unlock them in the 3ds version, the software we will get will emulate the playthrough as if playing the games on a gba instead of a gbc.
Re: Zelda Game Boy Color Oracle Duo Heading To Western 3DS eShops Before Summer
Nintendo, now that you will give us two of the best gbc and zelda titles overall, PLEASE BRING TO AMERICA'S VIRTUAL CONSOLE WARIO LAND 3 ,and then launch these amazing gbc games: super mario bros. best version so far: super mario bros. deluxe, shantae, metal gear solid ghost of babel, mario tennis and pokemon pinball (the only bad thing is we'll lose the rumble feature).
Re: Mega Man 3 Hitting 3DS Virtual Console Next Week
This is the best mega man game ever!, it has shadow man, my favorite robot master created by dr. wily, the introduction of my favorite character protoman/blues and also the introduction of rush; everything on this game is classic and perfect. Sad thing is, the sequel is just garbage.
Re: The Adventures Of Dash Could Be Hitting The Wii U eShop
This is day dreaming davie hardcore edition, even though I love hal mainly for kirby games, they kinda dropped the ball with that game. I really hope this time a dreaming sequence game is done right by this company.
Re: Talking Point: What Games Are You Playing This Weekend? - Issue Nine
Fire emblem awakening lunatic mode continuation and my recently acquired castlevania lords of shadow mirror of fate, which is simply awesome, loving the simon belmont part.
Re: Hardware Classics: Sega Mega Drive
@Deathgaze And you won't ever know that you're completely wrong; while I admit the snes is a masterpiece as well, the sega genesis/megadrive had its own collection of games that set it aside from the snes completely. Graphics aren't everything, and from your type of comment, we also could assume that the xbox360 is superior to the wii just because it has better graphics.
Re: Hardware Classics: Sega Mega Drive
@Garo Funny thing is, there are like 30 masterpieces aside from the sonic tetralogy.
Re: Hardware Classics: Sega Mega Drive
Re: Review: Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate (3DS)
Re: TT Fusion: LEGO City: Undercover Will Be "The Best Game on the Wii U"
In a short answer: no, it won't.
Re: Talking Point: Nintendo's Revised Approach to E3
@LDXD Agreed, I am very curious to see what the hell they're doing, it's been a while since we heard from them.
Re: Talking Point: Nintendo's Revised Approach to E3
Nintendo just needs to put games like wii u fit, just dance, lego games, etc to a minimum attention and focus on zelda and smash bros this e3; nobody travels to e3 just to see a new gimmick game like wii fit, just do that nintendo and you'll destroy sony and microsoft on the expo.
Re: Review: Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate (3DS)
@Pixelroy F-ck yeah, that's castlevania awright!!!!, leather whip transforming to chain whip, a secondary weapon, and that's it. Good luck completing the game with that.
Re: Review: Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Mirror of Fate (3DS)
@Urbanhispanic My thoughts exactly, I really agree with you in everything you posted, I really loved the demo and I am buying the physical copy; also the metroidvania style was dying off already, konami needed something fresh to rejuvenate the series asap. IGN and gamespot are bullpoopiedoodledingdongs, unless it is a fps they are reviewing, everything else is a waste of time.
Re: Capcom Releasing Special Mega Man Ultrabook in Japan
They give a crap about megaman now, get used to it, even when inafune was still on the ship, and now with him gone, megaman is dead to them.
Re: Hardware Classics: Nintendo Super Famicom
@Wheels2050 Then you're going to have a hard time catching an earthbound copy, trust me; expensive as heck but the best snes game all around, good luck.
Re: Hardware Classics: Nintendo Super Famicom
@MrGawain Ok, here goes:
-SUPER MARIO GALAXY 1 AND 2
-THE LEGEND OF ZELDA SKYWARD SWORD

Re: Capcom Releasing Special Mega Man Ultrabook in Japan
Those flashdrives are one of the coolest things I've ever seen, I really want one of those.
Re: Interview: Reinventing Castlevania For A New Handheld Generation
@WaveBoy Glad to see you finally changed your image waveboy, anyways, I'm a huge castlevania fan like you, and SCIV is my favorite in the series, it will always be; but on the other hand, I feel this game like circle of the moon, one of my favorites in the series, and I totally love that game for the gba. I feel that instead of revamping the series into a mash-up of other games that have nothing to do with castlevania (which was my fear for this game), they took the best elements of past entries and created this great title. I'm really looking forward to play the entire game in 3 days.
Re: Interview: Reinventing Castlevania For A New Handheld Generation
@DaveC I totally agree with you, this isn't hack and slash here and there, just hoping everything dies when you do reckless attacks, this game involves strategy, if you f.ck up two or three times in areas where you are in a THE WALKING DEAD situation (completely surrounded), you die, as simple as that; and that is excellent, because that's how retro games worked, you get hit too much before thinking of a way to progress, well, back to square 1 sucker. Castlevania the adventure rebirth had that and I just loved it.
Re: Interview: Reinventing Castlevania For A New Handheld Generation
@jon_simmons I thought the same, that it was because of that, but nope, this is one of those special games, where you must be in total control of what you do in order to survive. The rare zombie thing, the final boss of the demo, made me his bitch like 7 seven times in a row, but after learning patterns and the moves the demo teaches you to use, like rolling, I totally destroyed him and he was my bitch in that matter. I really had my doubts with this game, but somehow I have faith in it, it plays A LOT like circle of the moon, and in my book, that is just marvelous.
Re: Review: Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed (3DS)
@KnightRider666 I don't know if we played the same demo or not, but a slight framerate issue like the one seen in mgs3d snake eater wasn't that much, it didn't slow the game for long and it didn't froze for a couple seconds, also the graphics were nicer than its ps2 counterpart, all in all it was a match made in heaven for the 3ds. This is where sonic all-stars fell flat, the game freezes while you race and the graphics look all muddy and bland, while mario kart 7 just blinds you with all those bright colors and runs smoothly. I'd give it a 5 or a 6.
Re: Review: Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed (3DS)
The weird thing is that I expected mirror of fate to have the framerate problems due to the intense action going on at once instead of this one, but nope, it is the other way around. I played a few times this game's demo but it runs SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO slow at times and that is very dissapointing because mario kart 7 doesn't have these type of issues and it is the same handheld console. Also some of the characters while you're racing look pixelated, again, a problem kart 7 didn't have. Bottom line, do what thomas said, get the u version of this, and for those who doesn't own kart 7, get it asap.
Re: Masahiro Sakurai's Arm Injury Impacts His Work On Smash Bros.
And zombie_barioth, thanks for clearing that up, I misread that part.
Re: Masahiro Sakurai's Arm Injury Impacts His Work On Smash Bros.
@pntjr Wow, what a douchebag you are; you must be effing wolverine that you heal yourself all the time . Go back to your room in your mom's house and let the adults post here.
Re: Masahiro Sakurai's Arm Injury Impacts His Work On Smash Bros.
The part that worries me the most is where he says that there's the scenario where this disease he has contracted, has no cure; if that is the case, maybe this will be his last amazing project. I really hope it is temporary because he is one of nintendo's pillars. Get well Sakurai-san.
Re: New Fire Emblem: Awakening DLC Details Battle For Attention
@Silvervisiona I think the same, I'm just interested in the dlc that gives me new classes and perhaps new skills; and yeah, spotpass is the way to go if you want extra characters.
Re: New Fire Emblem: Awakening DLC Details Battle For Attention
Wow....
Re: The Legend of Zelda Oracle Titles Coming to Japanese 3DS Virtual Console
@FluttershyGuy You're not wrong for being so excited about it, both games are in my top 5 zelda games, and you won't regret playing them, they are masterpieces superior to almost everything this game generation has to offer, and we are talking about gbc games, not gba, ds or 3ds. I suggest playing seasons first as it is more oriented towards action/adventure, being the easier of the two. I really really really really want nintendo and capcom team up once again to finally release the third oracle game that had to be canceled due to time restraints when these two classics were released.
Re: The Legend of Zelda Oracle Titles Coming to Japanese 3DS Virtual Console
Both of them are classics and masterpieces, completely flawless in my opinion, just the perfect definition of what the legend of zelda means; but if I have to choose which one is the best.... I'd say ages because it was so much more oriented towards solving puzzles and because it has my favorite zelda dungeon of all time; mermaid's cave. Time travel and zelda are like bread and butter.
Re: Nintendo Direct: Watch the Japanese 3DS Direct - Live!
BRING THEM TO NORTH AMERICA NINTENDO!!!!! BRING US THE ORACLES!!!!!
Re: Review: Castlevania (3DS eShop / NES)
Re: 3DS eShop Version Of Gunman Clive Outsells Android Edition
Re: Review: Castlevania (3DS eShop / NES)
@WaveBoy Contra rebirth was very short and yeah, I agree that contra 4 is superior but the final boss of contra rebirth (the weird thing with garbage) was very difficult to me because of the constant change of angle the camera had. Also, if you want another awesome castlevania experience just download the turbografx-16 cd game CASTLEVANIA RONDO OF BLOOD, the prequel to symphony of the night, I really enjoyed being able to choose your own path to dracula and also being able to play as a very different character to richter belmont; if you haven't downloaded it, I really recommend it to you.
