@SwitchForce but it is also somewhat competitive to the switch since it starts at 400$. I didnt get it but for the price it is very appealing. We will have to see how it performs. We can say all the specs we want but it depends if they are used well. Theres a reason why nintendo can get insane graphics out of subpar specs. Gaming laptops are cool and all but they are usually somewhat niche and quite expensive

@XanderLovesNintendo issue with that is thats its so easy to get on steam so people will have it regardless itll just detract from downloads of emulations and then it will increase profits with nintendo

@aaronsullivan best case scenario is nintendo opens a section for fan hacks
where they are free but you need to have the main game from the series on switch. So for DKC tropical freeze you can download any fan hacks of DKC as long as you have the base game. Nintendo would never do this but it would help.

Also SEGA does what nintendont

@PN93 or if they do, maybe only on special days so kids could get them sometimes. I got a bunch as a kid and it didnt click they were hacked until at least 10

@TreonsRealm literally just bought both games for 40$ each this January. I dont have a lot of extra money to spend on gaming so this stings

@Meteoroid there was rumors with some sort of virtual console launching with nso upgrade on switch where you could subscribe to nso and get some snes and nes games like now but be able to buy them in some sort of nintendo rom store for a cheaper price.

@tntswitchfan68 disagree. xbox had one of the best shows. Nintendo and Xbox both did amazing this year imo.

I think personally Nintendo won as I like The switch more than xbox but if I liked xbox more, I would likely prefer that one.

So many games on the horizon: perfect dark, fable, Psychonauts 2, starfield, halo infinite, fh5, and so many more!

Its a weird situation. My opinion is that a legal loophole which I feel is definitely a bit scammy but should be allowed. If they are allowing other stuff on the eshop like the mobile game 99% loophole , then it should be aswell.

But neither should be imo
