Re: Talking Point: Just How Damaging Is This Big Pokémon Leak?

@JohnnyMind "(it's the kind of stuff I wish companies released themselves at least to some extent instead of the public getting to know them due to leaks)."
This is the important thing to take away from this leak. The fact that these leaks won't hurt the company goes to show that their hoarding of data is just purely based on greed. If companies were more open and just shared their old data, development concepts, and art, there wouldn't be such a thirst for hackers to rescue it from the depths of Gamefreak's archives. Yes, I know companies are not obligated to do this and most never will, which is why these Hackers are true heroes.

Re: As Switch Momentum Slows, Nintendo Expects Further Sales Decline Next Year

Dubcheezy

Does Nintendo think they are so powerful that they can defy Market logic or are they just so inept that they didn't understand what the market saturation point was for the switch? Either way, they should at the very least have had a Switch Successor lined up for a fall reveal and a spring 2024 release date. They would have been in an even better position if they had a switch 2 announcement ready for Summer with a fall 2023 release date. But Nintendo is doing the Nintendo thing and focusing on what they love most; copyright enforcement.

Re: Mortal Kombat 12 Teased By NetherRealm In 30th Anniversary Video

Meh, nobody cares anymore. NRS has been teasing a new game for almost 2 years, dangling that worm but giving fans absolutely nothing. Their refusal to share any information with the fans has put a sour taste in our mouths. The cherry on the top was when MK12 was leaked by the CEO on an earnings call. Now SF6 and Tekken 8 have all the momentum and MK is just an afterthought. That won't change when the game is officially announced.
