@nessisonett why do you say that? Did you try to port it? What does Control, which is way overrated and as some people said in here, no better looking than RE Revelations 2, harder than the the Witcher 3? I guess both of them are hard to port, but i remember people saying back then that no way they could pull the Witcher 3 off in the Switch and look at it now, no matter how bad it looks, it's there. Saber didn't took the easy route and stuck it on the cloud, or complained that it was too hard; they made some witchcraft mojo jojo and did it. This guys just come here and say: oh, without the cloud you wouldn't have it, and my question for them is: who asked for it anyway?? I own it on the Ps4 and it bored the hell out of me after 3h because everything looks the same. Another way of getting more money like the PS5 free upgrade fiasco...
@Darknyht but this is exactly what is. You don't rent. You're buying and hoping the server remains on line. but as i said to other user in here, everyone is free to spend their money whenever they please. I, for myself, will use my PS4 for these ones, since i have to stay home anyway to play them.
@thiz xCloud? Microsoft? The company is called Ubitus, a Chinese company. I'm chilled. XD I'm not paying for this aberration, but you and everyone else are free to do as they please as long has it's not asking Nintendo for refunds. XD
@Darknyht Control is not on a "rent" basis. You pay 34.99£ to access it. This is not a rent based system here but one were you have to pay full price for something that doesn't and will never belong to you. Are you okay with that? Are you okay with the idea that the servers can be shutdown at any point and they don't have to give your money back? We can see and excuse as much as we want but this is not Stadia or PSNow, or XBOX cloud. This is one game, stored by a company most people never heard about.
@thiz absolutely right. I paid 300 for something worth 80, so call me dumb. And you're right again, now they are trying to make me forget i bought an inferior system by shoving down my throat that i won't be able to run these games natively so i have to pay full price to rely on some shady server in the middle of god knows where and hope it doesn't shut down after a week of having money in their pockets, because Nintendo is keen to make you loose all your consumers rights with more shady policies that either you agree or not. So, yes, you are absolutely correct, either you were being ironic or not.
@Sparrowhawk exactly. And if i wanted a cloud based console, i wouldn't certainly had paid nearly 400£ for the Switch, as my Note10 it's more powerful than the Switch itself. Makes no sense this cloud thing and i cannot understand how Nintendo fans are defending this. Seems that Nintendo fans agree with everything and are rich enough to pay 350£ for a console that in no time will become just a very bad tablet with some games.
@thiz the Switch costs more or the same as a PS4 or XBOX one, so why would anyone, and i mean anyone, be grateful for paying full price for something that they will never own and in case of a server shutdown, will be money thrown into the wind? No. Dont be grateful, because in my point of view, it means that this will be cutting corners all the way, making the Switch a cloud based system instead of what I've bought it for, portability.
Doesn't run the game? Leave it aside then and move on. Witcher 3, Crysis, Zelda, Outlast, Resident Evil, etc, proved that the Switch is a capable system if you put effort into into porting the games. And if in any case, a game doesn't run, a person should consider other systems to play it, then, since the Switch isn't by any means, cheap.
@codyf i suppose you are right. Cyberpunk is other story, although i certainly wouldn't pay full price, like in the case of Control, for a game that doesn't belong to me, whether physically or digitally. Not being rich myself and having to work hard for everything i own, makes this "cloud" version of games an instant cross on my list of things to espend my hard earned money.
@0blivion j can't agree more. Man, i was nearly jumping of happiness until i saw "cloud". I'm 33 and i felt like a kid who got socks for Christmas instead of what he really wanted. XD
I simply can't understand why would someone pay so much to play a cloud game...Control costs 34.99£... 34.99£ for a game that doesn't belong to you. At any moment they can't take the game out of the servers and bye bye 34.99£. And isn't this trusting too much on the fact that Nintendo believes the Switch is used in docked mode? I barely docked my Switch since i bought it, and this totally kills the "portable" portion of it.
@TG16_IS_BAE i was thinking the same. XD I suppose Zelda is seen with a kind of nostalgic feeling, and i do have fond memories of Ocarina of Time, but the rest of the Zeldas, at least in my opinion, don't deserve all that fuss. Even BOTW.

Seems like a missed opportunity from part of the devs, despite the graphics overall. Still i doubt we will see a third.
