The game is easy. But which was the hardest part you ever found in Super Paper Mario?

Best thread ever.

I know there was at least one part that I thought was pretty challenging but it has slipped my mind as I have not played that game in years...

I can't believe anyone has mentioned the Pit of 100 Trials! The Flopside one you have to beat TWICE!
Also the Sammer Guy challenges are no joke.

I always found the hardest thing was taking on some absurdly difficult section in 2D whilst forgetting that you could flip to 3D and skip right past it.

Like Dragoon said, the two pits and the 100-Man Sammer challenge; if you go in to either of them without being properly stocked up on restoring items, say hello to a Game Over...

"Don't make enemies, they'll stab your heart; don't make friends, they'll stab your back. Including me, including you, all men are trash. Don't love; don't be loved. Have nothing to do with other; live in isolation."

MetalMario

The Pit of 100 trials weren't that bad. Either one. Sammer Guys weren't bad either, just be aware of where they move and attack accordingly.

I would''ve mentioned these too, but I wanted to focus on the main story as opposed to sidequests.

Then you shouldn't have said that the ENTIRE game was a cinch, eh? Believe it or not the sidequests are part of it too.

Just sayin'

The part where you're in that beautiful cloud world trying to find the right apple to cure Princess Peach.
And i can't exactly remember the Pit of 100 trials....Was that the part where you face off against all of those Samurai? that was more boring and repetitive than anything

And there's no way in hell I'd say Super Paper Mario is a cinch....it's tough in certain area's and pretty tricky considering you have to switch from 2D to 3D ect ect. I remember the Final Level being a big pain. If anything Super Paper Mario while a great game and one of my favorites for the Wii is too heavy on the crazy(yet awesome) text and it's totaly confusing at times.

Mind you I havent Played either of the 2 previous(which everyone says are apperantly better) Paper Mario games for the N64 and GCN as I'm not a fan of Turn Based RPG's. But I think I might give Paper Mario: Thousand Year-Door for the Gamecube a shot, I just love the art directions, quirky music and creative storylines of Paper Mario which are nutty and fun compared to the typical 'save princess peach from Bowser'' which is getting very stale.

The hardest part was not dying of boredom from all of the talking in the game. The action was great, but the dialogue just dragged...
