Nightwalker started a topic called "Games you have recently finished" in the DS forum. I didn't notice such a thread for Wii games (also counting in WiiWare games if someone's wondering) so i thought i'd just start one. I think it will be an interesting read and maybe give some people some new thoughts about games to play.
So without further ado i'll begin.
The last game i finished playing alone on the Wii was Super Mario Galaxy's Luigi campaign. (Because i hadn't done it back in the day and wanted to sort of replay this game after 100%-ing the superb Galaxy 2.) And i finished the story mode of Lego Indiana Jones in co-op mode. Sure, it's not the most perfect of all games and i stumbled over two bugs that made me restart an entire level (which often took me and my partner up to an hour). But the great thing about the Lego games is that you really have to perform some actions together (instead of having each player play without a real effect for his partner in game). I would say that if you like co-op games you definitely have to check out a game of the Lego series. And to me Indy fits best into the Legoverse yet.
I've beaten all 7 games on the compilation on NORMAL at least, most on HARD, all in co-op with various friends.
My favourites are Metal Slug 3 > Metal Slug 2 > Metal Slug 1 > Metal Slug 6 > Metal Slug 5 > Metal Slug 4.
Metal Slug 4, 5 and 6 were a huge step back in terms of graphics, music, ideas and level design. I suppose they cash-in on the original trilogy. Metal Slug X is Metal Slug 2 with alternate graphics - good to have on the collection but nothing special.

I agree with all of the above. 6 was by far my least favorite, I didn't even bother completing it. And I guess I've recently finished Metal Slug Anthology? I beat all the games but 6.

Man, i should have known no one reads text in brackets. I totally forgot about VirtualConsole - titles though. So please feel free to include them as well. And i would say it makes more sense to include it here instead of having it in the WiiWare-section of the forum. It would lead to too many threads. I'd say about 99,9 % of the Wii-owners here have access to the WiiShop channel. And if they haven't i'd feel kind of sorry for them.
Anyway, the last WiiWare-game i've completed has been Jett Rocket. I stopped collecting all the chips though because i just couldn't find all of them in the first snow-level.
Well if you are counting VC games than I would have to include River City Ransom for the billionth time. However if you are talking about the first time finishing a game than disregarded Rive City Ransom.

Recently finished the initial storyline of Sonic Colors and Kirby's Epic Yarn. Working on Okami then I'll go back and complete the other two as much as I can.
What about GC? I just finished The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, if that counts. It was okay, but not quite as memorable as, say, Majora's Mask. I still don't understand why people hate the sailing. It's really not that bad.
Not really finished, but I just beat Super Mario Galaxy the other day. I was kind of shocked that I beat Bowser on my first try since I usually have to try at least a couple of times before I get it right. I still absolutely loved that fight, though. I'm almost at 90 stars now, but I think I'll let it be for a while; I kind of want to go back to Super Mario RPG and get my fourth star.
I recently beat GoldenEye 007 on the easiest level possible.
I downloaded Ghosts n Goblins (arcade version) last Monday on VC and have completed the game on all modes (easy, normal, hard, super hard)......and Yes, I did 2 playthru's each (that's the true way to beat it).
