@meffallis- I actually WAS thinking of going back to level 4 for five. Not sure If I'll do it immediatly. I might try that 5th one again without it. I know I can beat it. Although it would be easier by going back and starting from 4 most likely. Thanks.
Edit- WelI finally beat the first boss on the 5th level with 0 lives left, then immediatly got killed when I entered the next area. DOOOH!!
@Sean thanks. It's kind of daunting trying to figure out how to start creating a level.
Agreed. One thing I would suggest is to read the tutorials at the Depot. There's an excellent point made about creating everything as an object rather than simply creating it in the enemy or ship builder area which is excellent advice. Anything you create using the ship/enemy editor cannot be imported elsewhere, so the best thing is to just create your ships as objects and then import them into the ship/enemy/whatever editor. That way you have the flexibility to re-use parts, have enemies as background objects or create different iterations of ships/enemies. It's a real time saver!

I guess I may try to build up lives in the level/s before this for now. MAYBE come back some other time and finish it the way I've been so far, up till now. I just wan't to get alot farther and not have to keep playing that 5th level so much. Must REALLY be a B**ch on the hardest level.

Lol, don't worry buddy, I know you can do it - it's all about practice. Well...too bad that it isn't online multiplayer lol...anyway i do not really like online multiplayer , depends what game lol. So yeah, keep trying bud, memorize those patterns XD How you think i got through campain 4 on pilot huh? XD Can't wait to share blast works with others :3

If I remember right I think I actually made it to the end of the next one but screwed up a bit and got beat by the boss there eventually (My Fiance was over before I started level 5, I believe. So after my last ship got destroyed I stopped.)

Well.... :/ Do you use the Z button alot? 'cause you really need to i norder to get lives. Use Z in order for your pieces to avoid getting destroyed by enemy fire ok? Don't give up :3 If i had given up by now, i would had never beaten it, nor got to the last level of Gradius 2: Gofer No Yabou. Memorize, memorize, memorize everything that is going on in the stages ):3

I was playing with the level editer, trying to make an object. This is basically like using legos to make stuff. If I wan't something that's not flat, I guess I'll hsve to turn the image and add to the sides.
By the way...can people directly trade (Not just from that site)?
