Sonic Heroes: A great game, and was considered the worst 3D sonic game in reviews. I loved the controls, and it was one of the first games i ever played. Sonic Unleashed (Wii Version): Another great game for the sonic franchise. However, many people complained saying it needed more hedgehog. I slightly agree with them, but on a side note, i really liked the werehog levels

I could've already said Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, but I'll say it again. =) Now, I don't think these games got bad reviews, but I don't know of anybody other than myself and maybe two friends that have played them: Baten Kaitos and Baten Kaitos: Origins. Those were spectacular games, and I thought it was funny while I was playing the second one, because it felt heavily inspired from FFX, what with all the "Machina" and the "Questers" instead of "Maesters" and such.

-Try out my Littlebigplanet levels! =)
Played more games and I tend to like the following: The Conduit (still play regularly, yeah that spawn glitch is annoying but it didn't keep me from enjoying it, I also get a masochistic thrill out of the elevated difficulty)
Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings (while it's true that gestures will never be as accurate as a button press, they still made this game more enjoyable than typical liscensed fare).
Moon (a bunch of generic elements but a very fine shooter nonetheless).
I just bought Cursed Mountain for $16 and I'm currently having a decent time with that game as well, although I'm less than an hour in.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers. Even though it got low scores from Game Informer and IGN, I still think that it is a really good game.
Dragon Quest Swords, Sonic and the Secret Ring and Indiana Jones Staff of the Kings were all games I thoroughly enjoyed, but got bad reveiws. SSR especialy got a bad rap as I think it's been my favorite 3D sonic game. How does anyone feel about Sonic and the Black Knight? Haven't tried it out yet, but it's going down in price.
Sure, it got mixed results but it made for a good Wi-Fi match with 6 people online! Too bad it's lost......
That's a really under-rated game. The story (all of them) was pretty bad, as were the enemy designs, but I loved the strategy-oriented gameplay. The multiplayer was a blast as well.
Also, Deadly Creatures. It got pretty mediocre reviews, but it's a stunning and engrossing game. One of the best on the console.
