Wii Music FTW. Admittedly, I haven't spent a whole lot of time on it, but the time I do spend is fun. It's rare for me to play a game that's fun on my other consoles. Assassin's Creed is good, but isn't "fun." Hell, even when I play CoD4 or even LoZ: TP I don't smile and laugh (though the games are awesome). The "Wii" series does make me have "fun."
Sushine actually has a 96 on metacritic. I recieved a TON of praise when it came out--it's actually my favorite Mario game.
I also have to agree with the people that said Sonic Unleashed. The Werehog levels aren't great--but they're not nearly as bad as people were saying they were. And the daytime Sonic levels? Good lord. Sonic doesn't get any better than that. I give it an 8.3 out of 10

Gotcha Force. Most underrated GameCube game ever. And...I like most Digimon games, the .Hack series, the 3D Worm games, and Sonic Unleashed. I'm sure there are more...

Cruis'n USA is great fun. Sure, it may not look good, and the physics may make no sense, and the stupid AI may accidentally cause a traffic jam when it runs into semis...but it's fun when you do the TWO PLAYER CHALLENGE and the music has appeal in its pure crappiness.
When I first saw this topic, the first thing I thought was "Mickeymac is gonna own this topic."
These are the only ones I could think of:
Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex (PS2) Sonic 3D Blast (Gen)- Everybody hates Traveller's Tales. The entire SOCOM series- Sure, the multiplayer gets enough praise, but the single-player is always getting bashed, and I always found it to be quite enjoyable. Rayman (PS1, GBA)
I sort of liked playing Sonic and the Black Knight. With a practised jump / waggle combination you could fly through some stages and overall speed and visuals could be quite impressive. The game play is never going to work right in 3D, but I dint understand why it was so very badly received. I found Unleashed and Secret Rings way less fun to play...
Other than Nintendo Power your the first person I've ever heard give any praise to Sonic and the Black Knight.
I think retro magazine gave it a glowing review. It was either them or Gamestm.
I guess games can be a pretty subjective thing at times - I since got rid Black Knight but I thought it was ok, played to the final boss anyway. Unleashed was horrible, 5 seconds of gameplay for 10 minutes of loading and absurd plot exposition... Maybe it got better but I couldn't be bothered to find out...
come on big rigs:over the road racing was clearly a master-piece.

Many people dont like SEGA Rally 2 that much, or still prefare the first game over it. Personally, I think SR1 is still a great arcade game and an outstanding SEGA Saturn game back in the days, but SR2 has so much more content and variety wich makes it a much more better home console/system game that isnt finished in 10minutes.
