Mmmm...not sure. I already played a lot today but I may end up playing some more anyway.
I would have never guessed Weezing was so useful until I played a HeartGold Nuzlocke! My YouTube Channel! Video game related, of course! My Pushmo Levels
Looks like I won't be on. Maybe another day that I haven't played several hours prior.

I'm starting to think Rainmaker is the most rewarding ranked mode, but also the most complex/difficult because it's so free-form. Like, you can carry the Rainmaker into the darkest reaches of the map if you want to, play extremely conservative, or make a beeline for the podium—and making a beeline is hilariously satisfying when you get a good distance, especially if you manage to get all the way there. On Flounder Heights today, I had the most ridiculous run into the base; I couldn't believe I got it off.
I still haven't decided on which transformer faction to side with; I can't think of much to weigh in for one side or another, and I don't want to decide based on good v. evil because that's too cliche to me.
I had several disconnecters today as well.
Let me help you with that decision

If I was only ever able to have Monster Hunter and EO games in the future, I would be a happy man.
Something interesting that I remembered is that in the Splatoon Direct, the Dynamo Roller was originally supposed to be able to deflect shots when swung. The weapon's already pretty good but imagine if they had let it keep that ability.
Anyways I started testing the Dynamo roller and I think I have a better understanding of the weapon. It is really slow (more so than I originally thought), and in retrospect is more of a agro-defensive weapon. You don't want to rush in with it unless you want to be mowed down, but you do want to be somewhat aggressive (usually from a distance). The weapon relies heavily on it's flick, and is a heavy ink consumer. So I can see how they tried to balance it, but I still dislike the crazy range and power its flick has (which also has great secondary damage especially when combined with damage ups).

It still does, that's why its spray attack can 1-shot easier than a regular roller.

I don't think so. As far as I can tell, the Dynamo Roller only occasionally cancels out enemy shots when it's flung ink clashes with theirs, but it rarely happens and it doesn't really "deflect" them. Anyways I think the main reason the Dynamo can one shot so easily is because it is a roller (all direct hits from a roller's flick are a one-shot) and it also has to compensate for its dreadful speed, mobility, and charge.
After playing the game, I'd say it's average and mildly entertaining but doesn't blow me away (similar to my reaction to shovel Knight). It's an original concept but there are too may things that keep this from being amazing to me. One is that I don't feel a connection with any character in the game. Two, is the campaign mode doesnt seem too interesting to me and I don't see a reason to want to complete it. The Turf Wars is fun, and online network is quite good as I never felt something close to a lag or delay, but playing multiplayer with no communication just confuses me as far as what kind of teamwork you should be going for. You just gotta look at the map and make your decisions based off that. Any time I won, or lost, I couldn't gauge as to what strategy was used / or used against us.
To put it short, I just don't get this game, but that's alright and no disappointment. It was purchased with the intentions of giving me options other than Mario Kart 8 and Smash Bros while I await Mario Maker, and so far it's done that. I just don't plan on getting very invested in it
@Spoony_Tech: I never actually got around to watching that movie; I heard it was good, but not fantastic, so I never made much of an effort. And yeah, I was leaning towards decepticons since I actually remember some of them (I know Optimus Prime of course but who doesn't).

I had a Level 47 playin with me there,I hadn't even seen anyone over 40 before now. That's one dedicated inkling! .I've also just noticed that the squid icons at the top change size depending on what teams in the lead. How I haven't noticed that before I'll never know.Only me?

"Interesting" is actually one of the best way to describe single-player campaign. There are actually multiple posts in this thread with wishes that more elements from the single-player campaign was available in the multi-player campaign. And the thing you're missing at the very last level goes well beyond "interesting".
