Topic: Splatoon - OT

So I just downloaded the demo cause I guess they are having a free run of it this Friday. Might as well check it out.

@Tasuki: Give it a chance and it will suck you in. I wasn't even excited for this game when it first came out, now it's my most played Wii U game by far! Plus now the game is so much more complete with all the content.

Does anyone ever check their ranking on https://splatoon.nintendo.net/ranking ? I'm fascinated with it. My score is always the highest of my friends. It says it takes your number of wins x win percentage x 10. My current score is 993 and the next spot down on my list is 335.

Man. I have never been over 500.

They don't see you if you're hiding in ink or if you're hiding behind objects or if they are facing in the opposite direction. But they will see you immediately if they are facing in your direction and you're standing up or swim-jump. The easiest approach is to hide behind objects and paint roads close to the enemy and then swim close to them and splat them. See those levels as stealth levels.

I played for a solid 2 hours last night and only seen Port Mackerel 3 times. Now I'm not complaining this time as I like the Rig just a bit more for Rain Maker but we really need a 3 map rotation and I hope it's being considered.

Had pretty good match making again last night. Did see an A for a few matches but nothing higher and only a few A-'s as well. Not sure if it was just the day but hopefully Nintendo has finally got this right at least.

Anyone want to form a 2 or 4 squad?

@Jazzer94 I was about to play some ranked matches, so I wouldn't mind joining.

Losing connection at the last second is bleh.

@Iggly Lost connection but my internet didn't even drop and the game didn't even need to reconnect like really?

If @VeeFlamesNL and @Iggly are up for it sure, though lets at least specify weapons and powers before we start to get some synergy.

We can do a quad if @VeeFlamesNL is still available since we had another match where we got disconnected. Doubt it's my internet since it didn't need to connect me to the internet after the dc.
