@Spoony_Tech: Are you still playing regularly?Up until yesterday I hadn't played in ages,FAST Racing,Xenoblade and real life got in the way..My Splatoon Hori Gampepad cover has finally arrived now though and just looking at it makes me want to play it haha.Hope to team up with you again soon, maybe next week?
So by typing in a weapon's Japanese name to Nintendo's LINE account, you can get a reply with a picture of the weapon. These were posted all together in the list of all the weapons on Twitter, but the individual pictures have a higher quality. If anyone wants to see a picture of a specific weapon, let me know and I'll get it.
Just one new stage left at the game will finally be complete. Couldn't be happier with the end product!
Kind of sad to see the updated content end now, but I also feel that there isn't any need for anything more in terms of the "traditionally" added content. I would even want less weapons than there currently is now. When I started playing Splatoon, it was easy to keep track of each weapon in the 2 teams when a match started (including their range, subs and specials). Now there are way too many weapons for me to remember.
So, the office stage left to unlock, then it's over.
@OorWullie: I actually haven't played since the last Splatfest. It's not for the lack of wanting to play but I don't really want to lose my S rank again. I've been waiting for someone to post for squads at my normal time and I have once or twice in the last 3 weeks but I've had no takers. Just @ me whenever you're available and I'll see if I can hop on.

If I was only ever able to have Monster Hunter and EO games in the future, I would be a happy man.
@Spoony_Tech: Cheers for playing.Yeah we lost as many as we won I think but I enjoyed every second of that. After the break away from I've had,I did wonder if I'd be able to get back into the same way again. No doubts now,the addiction is back haha
Now currently at A+ 24. Just dropped like a rock from S 30. I don't even think I won a single match, even when alternating between weapons and gear. I really don't like Splat Zones at all...
@Vee_Flames: So sorry to hear that, pal. Know that you're not the only one that had to go through such an unfortunate event... When it happened to me, I was beyond frustrated but as a result; I ended up playing Ranked more calmly and right now; I'm S 46.
Don't give up; you can and will make it back to S.
I swallowed whatever pride I had and messed around with the Aerospray RG today; I'm a terrible person for liking it... On the plus side, I finally made it to Level 40. Time to show my support to the Octolings. ^^

Should I stop using rollers and try to learn how to aim properly with the gyroscope? I turn it off because I tried getting used to it and it never felt good to me.

Yes, you should, definitely!
I'm surprised who you could play it that long without it. I don't think it's possible to reach higher ranks without gyro controls, it's just too much of a disadvantage.
Actually, I know many people who got so used to and appreciate it so much that they wished to have it in other games, to (XCX for example).
How long have you been trying it and with which weapons? This is coming pretty late, it would've been easier for you to learn it at the beginning.
I would suggest playing Turf War with gyro aim until you're comfortable with it, probably best to use a weapon like the Aerospray (less precise aiming needed) or the Splattershot. If you really have so much trouble with gyro aim, you could also try to start the gyro aim at -7 and slowly change it until you feel comfortable with the 0 setting.
I didn't have problems at the beginning and just left it at 0 all the time, but a friend of mine who got the game several months later had a few problems (although not for long) and changed it to -3 or -4 at the beginning, but he figured it out really quickly and had to set it to 0 later because it was too slow after he got used to it.

What makes you say that?
@VeeFlames: Don't let your head down, you will rise again! I fell and rose so often in this game, by now it's just normal to me.
What's your problem with SZ exactly? Of course there are a lot of factors that decide a SZ match, but the most important thing is to secure the zone(s) and then to contain/push away the enemy so that they don't even reach the SZ.
Or if it's a close game and you're leading, just try to keep them away from the Zone. Or constantly ink the zone so that they can't take it, although this strategy leads to death sooner or later. But you can avoid it if you keep moving.
And if they are leading, even by a long shot, you still turn it around and win in overtime. Contrary to what some may think, that's totally possible in SZ.
All in all, I think the main strategies for SZ are the same as for RM and TC.
My GOTY? Legend Of Zelda: Splat of the child. Ah no, I meant LoZ: Breath of the SPLATOOOON!
I've had the game for about 4 months now. I have always stuck with the Kraken Roller and turned the gyroscope off. I tried learning with it but I always performed really bad with it and I was bad at aiming. I might try tonight and use a gun type of weapon and try to learn with it in Turf Wars.
