This is Nintendo Brazil's translation. I'll edit it later when hopefully Nintendo UK put up a video. But you can make out what it's saying, like 60 fps, 1080p, multiplayer with 6 Switch's, motion controls. I think there's a co-op mode.
i heard the game, is an improvement to the first Xenoverse.
i might double dip on a ps4 version and a switch version.

Not sure. The price of gaming I guess. But ya, they could at least toss in a rechargeable battery pack or something.

Lol, I would never pay $80 just to switch colors. I mean, it will be cool to switch colors if I do get it, but not $80 cool.
Well it's not bad considering what options you usually get. Look at it this way, if they released a limited edition 3DS 5 years ago you would have had to pay quite a bit more than $80 to buy it. When on the 3DS your shoulder buttons started to wear it cost quite a bit more than $80 to replace it. Is it expensive for just replacing the colours? Sure. But it's still cheaper than it usually is.
Just buying one extra set of joy-cons seems like the sensible thing. Everyone will just have to complain about the controllers. Everyone always does anyway, so it's not like it makes a difference.
I'm fine with just having a Pro Controller as it is right now. If I want to do multiplayer that fourth person will just have to miss out. But yeah, a second JoyCon set makes a lot of sense. It might not be perfect but at least it gives you options and at a pretty low cost. How much did you have to play to get 4 player Smash on the Wii U if you didn't have legacy controllers lying around?

@BLP_Software
One of these days there will be a dev that will complain about the Game Cards max capacity and say it is too small for their games.
It's the only complaint I haven't seen yet.

Thanks to clearance sales, approximately $29 per controller, but even without the clearance, it still would have been a bit cheaper than Switch. Since there's only one variety of Switch and it's crazy in demand, I don't anticipate any sales for the pro controller for a looong time.
@Grumblevolcano Maybe, but then the market confusion of there being TWO pro controllers, with only a $10-$15 difference but with different features.....that would be a mess all on its own.
@Luna_110 We need a "what stupid excuses to not port to Switch can you come up with" thread going. How about "We can't port to Switch because it doesn't have a hard drive" or "We can't port to Switch because of sleep mode" or "We can't port to Switch because the disc drive is too slow." and "We can't port to Switch because this game is meant to play on a TV!" "We can't port to Switch because it's too thin!"
I'd say "We can't port to Switch because it doesn't have enough buttons!" but then I realized, no...that one's real....
I swear game devs have gotten so lazy. They aren't even trying to make their bs sound plausible. If there wasn't a deluge of games to play overall I'd be tempted to exit the market entirely (what consumer sticks around for sub-par products, constant excuses and inflating costs with poor return?) but I think the worst of it is that lazy devs often cause me to miss out on gems from smaller, quiet devs that put out quality product just because of my general annoyance with the whole thing.
Optimize (and QA test please) and put games on as many platforms as you can, stop trying to ransom games out because it isn't the Nintendo only gamers they have to worry about losing, its the multiplatform owners that don't want to jump through twenty hoops just to play a game.

As far as I'm concerned, unless it's a fairly demanding modern AAA game or an exclusive, there's no excuse for a game not to release on the Switch alongside other platforms. Capcom, in particular, is getting pretty ridiculous.
Which is fine. Third party devs who refuse to support the Switch won't get any money from me, which means more money to spend on people who are releasing their games on the Switch. There are already more Switch games I want than I can afford, and if the system continues to sell like it has, plenty of developers are going to want to release their games on it.
Currently Playing: Metroid Prime 4: Beyond (NS2); Corpse Factory (PC)
@Ralizah What gets me is the "fairly demanding" list isn't as large (from a technical perspective) as many of these devs try to make it out to be. I really am starting to miss the Gamecube/xbox/ps2 days.

@Ralizah Not sure what you're talking about concerning Capcom. They've only kept Monster Hunter World and Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite off the Switch so far. And, Sony royalties aside (it's actually a bit touching that these companies are vying for more Monster Hunter on their platforms), it'd likely fit in that ''demanding AAA title'' category you mentioned. But also knowing Capcom, they likely have a Freedom version of the game in the pipeline, if not an entirely new game, for the Switch.
Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite is also a Sony paid exclusivity. We may not like or agree with this practice but it at least makes more sense than other excuses.
If we're talking XX localization... come on. Give Stories a chance.
@meleebrawler Where did you hear that MvC:I is a sony exclusive (they have an exclusive costume but that isn't new for Sony.)? It is going to xbone and pc as well. I still think we may have the possibility of a later port for that...pc isn't coming out same day last I checked. Getting it on PC personally but I'll double dip SOOOOO fast if it goes to switch.
