I sometimes see American TV shows try to exaggerate the wacky things that happen in Japan, but there are so many cases in which the truth is stranger than fiction.

To be fair, there's only so much you can discuss about Link on a horse in a grassy plain after two years

I like this Link though. I like that he's aged somewhere between the 2 usual Links we tend to get. You can do a bit better character interactions with an adult but a child character is great for quick movement and gameplay.

@Operative: We could go back to the Tingle discussion now that @TingLz is back.

@Dezzy: The next Link could be made a descendant of Sonic, then fast gameplay would be present irrelevant of age.

I hope Zelda U Link lives in Gerudo Valley with all those women OR has a nice apartment in Hyrule Castle.

Well the grass is almost the exact same shade as in "a link to the past", so it is obviously in the downfall line.

It's clearly a greener green than the green in ALttP.

I don't think we have had this shade of green before, actually...

I know it's just one site and possibly unrepresentative of the audience as a whole but VGChartz had a "Most Anticipated Game" award thing which made what I'd been saying previously the wise and considered positions they naturally were
The writers voted for No Man's Sky as most anticipated and the audience voted for Zelda.

Well, the dominant colors are blue and green, so clearly Faroe and Naryu are dominant over a diminished Din.

Zelda U is just a super-stealth Metal Gear Solid 2 Remake. It starts with the typical Zelda horseriding opening movie, file select, but when you start a new game?

Boom. 9/11.

9/11 starts off a worldwide war that catapults humanity back into the bronze age, reducing civilization to dust and ruins. Millenia later, when Zelda U takes place, most buildings and towns have been destroyed by the genetically engineered beasts that now populate the earth. The robot you saw in the trailer? A metal gear. The metal gears had all fallen into disrepair, but now a new voice calls them to action, threatening the land of Hyrule (yes that's the plot of Skyrim #dealwithit).
