No, the other fairies won't let me upgrade to level 4 either. So you are only supposed to pay her once, right? Well, in that case I found a bug. I'm pretty sure the small fairies shouldn't be flying around either unless the big fairy is unlocked.

@Switchcraft I only paid the 4th Fairy once, but I haven't been back to her. All the other Fairys let me upgrade to level 4.

@Haru17 i heard there is a quest to make the master sword unbreakable, which is pretty cool. Does anyone know an alternative to the lynel weapons if you think they are fugly?

Haru17

@ReeLongbow You don't usually need max stats — most bosses have weak hit point pools anyway. And the quest is only to make the Master Sword glow like it's powered up constantly. We don't yet know whether it will still shatter and reform periodically.

Don't hate me because I'm bnahabulous.

@Haru17 I know i don't NEED max stats its just something i enjoy. Right now i have full 4 star barberian set w/lynel crusher/lynel shield/lynel 50x3 bow, and use 3 star defense potions, as strong as you can get. When i fight lynel or strong monster i fly in from bird man power, rain down from the heavens w/ lynel 50x bow to the face, followed up by lynel crusher they are toast. But not much into the looks of those weapons.

I'm having trouble finding the location of the final memory. I still want to find it on my own but am tempted to look it up. Anyone else take a while to find it?

It's south of Kakariko Village. That's all I remember

@ricklongo Yeah I'll have another look tonight. I found a couple of places that looked similar but obviously weren't the place. I love how Impa says it's within a half day walk and then if you ask her about it again she has no idea where it is

Been Lynel hunting recently. Finally got the barb set to level 2....the set bonus feels...underwhelming? But I'm committed to maxing it before heading to Ganon just because. After taking down one Silver, the others have been easier. I either use my full Ancient set at 4-stars, a guardian ++ weapon or two, and a triple strength up meal (been saving the last 6 Major Test shrines to be able to harvest guardian ++ weapons...shame you can't get them elsewhere AND finish the shrines), or I just use a Savage Lynel sword/spear, elec arrows, and a Savage Lynel 5x bow. The more lynels you down, the easier it is to take more lynels down. I don't seem to have any use for barb armor anymore...yet I'm still working on maxing it. Lynels remain the only monster in the game that I still have to quickly pause and eat something to recover, sometimes, though, even with 2 full rows of hearts.

@Haru17 My interpretation was just that the sword would become in charged/castle/guardian mode at all times, but would still break periodically just as it does while in the castle/fighting guardians. It's just MORE durable elsewhere than it was. I'd love for it to become unbreakable, but I really doubt that considering even the shield is breakable.

@ricklongo @razortuk88 There's really only one place in Hyrule that has a vast quantity of dead guardians piled up like that, and it's somewhere you likely were fairly early in the game (or early-ish.) if you were following early quest cues.

Finding the exact spot, is a little trickier however. I recommend using the camera to take a picture of the picture so you can compare the background to it...it's kind of an Escher-esque perspective puzzle.

You really can't miss it. Just go south from Kakariko and you'll eventually see it

Is there an easy way of making sure you hit an object in the direction you want it to go once you've used the Stasis Rune please ? I'm trying to hit a metal ball into a hole some distance away in one of the Shrines but the ball keeps going in every direction but the one i want & i end up breaking lots of weapons trying. Thanks.

Just stand facing where you want it to go, and then hit the ball as many times as necessary without moving.
