GG everyone! Man, time flies.

@Vector Pro Chara youtube, Splatoon JP account. Confirming Splatfests ARE NOT ending.🌈 We will still get seasonal Splatfests: splatoween, frosty fest, spring fest, summer nights. I expect the team choices to be new for these reoccurring spaltfests. So the team choices & their respective ink colors, and splatfest T's will should be new.

Happy for Team Past win!!! A little disappointed that future didn't get any points, they were my second choice. I didn't want team present to win, I like off the hook but living in the present doesn't interest me, a "present" splatoon doesn't sound exciting, and the way some of present was playing made me very bitter about them. I got squid-bagged, spawned camped, and X rank teams.!! Kinda ruined the fun playing against them.

I hope for Splatoon 4 "past", I hope it's not a Great Turf war theme, I would like either a 'how Turf War became a sport after it was a war, theme' or 'in-between 2-3 games' and 'or just splatoon in a 1800's theme with old timey weapons and maps but with a Great Turf War story mode or DLC'.

If future won, I hoped Nintendo wouldn't just do Splatoon with robots.

Wow. This has been an amazing 2 years! Hard to believe I was first a Splatlandian Youth so long ago, yet so recently at the same time! And now look at me-founder of a wiki all about Splatoon's comp scene! Thank you guys, everyone who has contributed to this thread! You are half the reason this game is so fun!

@Potato-man I can't believe I finally remembered to scrub my Tshirt! I think I forgot to do it for almost every other splatfest in Splatoon 3.😆

I think when Splatoon 2 repeated the seasonal splatfests we still got new team choices. So, new team choices, ink colors & tshirts. Dare I say, I actually think we've never had repeat team choices.

edit: (with the exception of teams choices brought from a previous Splatoon game, like Ketchup v Mustard in S1 or S2, and then for S3 it was Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo. If I'm wrong some smartipants nerd here will correct me, but I think we'll mostly get new team choices.)

@WoomyNNYes Splatoon 2's Splatfests after Splatocalypse (July 2019) were:

• May 2020 - Ketchup vs. Mayo (repeat)
• August 2020 - Chicken vs. Egg (repeat)
• October 2020 - Trick vs. Treat (repeat)
• January 2021 - Super Mushroom vs. Super Star (brand new but was part of SMB 35th anniversary celebrations)

So I'd guess what happens is all 4 seasonal Splatfests are the same themes and then in the September 2025 general Direct they announce Splatoon 4 for release in 2026/2027.

EDIT: Just visited Grand Fest with my amiibo! I can confirm scanning my older idol amiibo at the amiibo box grants access to Grand Festival hub. I used a callie amiibo, and marina amiibo.

@WoomyNNYes so could you take pics with the idols too?

What's the best way to preserve videos? Everything's fine regarding the hub itself considering the photos took during the event and I can revisit it at any time thanks to the amiibo support. But regarding the Grand Splatlands Bowl map, I have a bunch of replays from the last 5 or so hours of the event yet I can't seem to find previous videos I uploaded in the past.

Can you revisit the Grand Fest site without amiibo?

@Grumblevolcano Nintendo will likely add the Grand Splatlands Bowl in an update to PBs (along with other TriColor maps) when they add offline support for the Grand Festival Venue.
@Croctopus Probably so it would be (ever so slightly) harder for dataminers to get in to it and leak it before the event...? IDK for sure though.

does anyone know what the little crown that appears during an anarchy series?? I don't play ranked often I'm a B rank, but as I was playing I saw a orange crown with a number 1 and didn't know what it meant

@Potato-man that’s how many consecutive series that player has finished with 5 wins. Whether they were 5 Wins 2 Losses or 5 Wins 0 Losses doesn’t change it. As long as they get the 5 wins it counts. If I remember correctly, if the streak gets to 5 or higher the crown will be silver and if it gets to 10 or higher it’s gold (not that I’ve reached silver or gold myself. I’ve just seen it).

My IRL Splatfest Tees have shipped (FINALLY) but I am wondering... will we get in-game an Splatfest Tee Replica like in the first 2 games?
