@NintendoByNature You will get them. I'm at the point where you have to use every character. Kind of a nice feature. A little annoying having to level everyone though.
I'm about 80 hours into it and still enjoying the game. I'm still at a point where some grinding is needed. But that is my fault for not using all the characters. Should have did that before chapter 17 for the golden/true ending.
lol Ch. XV. I chose to investigate the royalists in the crown city. I figured there'd be a battle, but it's admittedly pretty funny that none of the characters stopped to think that cutting down a servant to the crown in the streets might be interpreted the wrong way by onlookers.
I finished the game tonight. Think I got a bad ending, but I enjoyed the game very much. It was alot more story and dialogue than I'd prefer, but its still recommended to any strategy rpg fan.
The ch. XVI battle is equal parts creative and annoying. Not entirely sure if I can say I enjoyed it or not, but it's definitely a good demonstration of the unique battle objectives in this game.
Currently Playing: Metroid Prime 4: Beyond (NS2); Corpse Factory (PC)
@BruceCM@komodo182 lol, I might just let it be and do a replay down the road. There's so much coming out and the ever growing backlog isn't getting smaller, that I might move onto something else.
Well I finished all 4 playthroughs. Overall very happy with the game. I hope they make another one sometime. I very much enjoyed having a story based game.
I like tactical strategy games a lot but not sure I am digging this one. I wasn't prepared for just how story heavy and verbose it is. The fighting is mostly good but I find it perhaps a little graphically busy and hard to read at times particularly in maps with a lot of elevation points.
@Ralizah WAIT IT DOES?! I’ve never used it because I thought it only countered fire attacks… that’s insane.
I’m currently playing again. I haven’t played in a couple weeks because I’ve been busy, but I’m getting back into it now. On the second part of Chapter 8 (I teamed up with Aesfrost to defeat Sorsley.)
Quick question since I can’t find an answer on Google: what does infuriate mean? Specifically, Erador’s move Provoke. What does it actually do?
@BabyYoda71 Same. The description makes it seem thoroughly useless.
I was watching a playthrough and Fire Shield kept damaging enemies who attacked a unit it was used on. So I went to the subreddit, and people are saying the translation for the ability's description was inaccurate. Apparently it nullifies fire attacks instead of just adding resistance, and counters melee damage with fire damage. Literally makes it one of the best abilities in the game, and I haven't been using it because of the way the description was translated.
Definitely testing this out next time I boot up the game.
@komodo182 Ooh… I thought that’s what it did based on the times I used it, but I couldn’t think of why that would be useful. But it prevents them from using magic - thanks.
Heigh Ho Heigh Ho. It’s off to work (from home) I go.
