Well, we have ever visited by alien and UFO long time ago, even during ancient Egypt era. 😛
I think Arceus will be a main role as a God of Time.

@Anti-Matter We were never visited by aliens. The egyptian thing is just a conspiracy theory that’s easily disproven.

Well, I think i believe we have ever get visited by alien or something like that long time ago. Sounds make a sense for me.
And about Arceus and strange phenomenon in Hisui region (Pokemons suddenly gone wild and attacking peoples), I think it has something related with strange phenomenon that have similarity with alien visitation.

@Anti-Matter No, the pokemon going insane isn't because of Aliens. It's because of Arceus, or some other god pokemon.

@SViper Electric Pokémon don't prove anything. Just because electricity is available, doesn't mean people automatically invent computers. Lighting is a real world phenomena. People were familiar with the concept of electricity for centuries before the first electrical "machine" was even manufactured.

And technology is heavily dependent on itself. You won't ever find a civilisation that invented space travel, but hasn't invented vehicles and air travel yet. That just doesn't make any sense. Technological progression will be very similar for all emerging civilisations.

And of course Anti is one who believes in ancient aliens

At this point I state now millionth time now that not every world is same and develops differently. At this point for me good example how this sounds now that is: Japanese and even quite Asian Light Novels/Mangas/Anime should never bloomed like they bloomed to even work. And looks like the sentence I put at edit a near hour later after I posted was ignored and I end up tagged in just of agreeing to simple point that I saying no world is same and our world is not absolute. (facepalm)
PS: I just woke up and saw 2 tags I didn't expect (ones that continue deny possibility that not all words are same as ours in my eyes), so sorry if this time I sounded rude.

@SViper Yes, not all worlds develop the same, but even in the context of the pokemon world, it makes no god damned sense. We keep pointing it out to you, and you keep denying it.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus is unlikely to be an open-world game

Update, 10/8/2021, 6:00 p.m. ET:
The Pokémon Company has sent Kotaku a statement confirming the Monster Hunter-esque structure of Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, Jubilife Village will serve as the base for surveying missions. After receiving an assignment or a request and preparing for their next excursion, players will set out from the village to study one of the various open areas of the Hisui region. After they finish the survey work, players will need to return once more to prepare for their next task. We look forward to sharing more information about exploring the Hisui region soon.

I'm sure Arceus will be more 'open world' than we are used to. If it's split up in to areas, this would probably hint at the structure of the game is still evident, with areas being more accessible as you play through the story. It still sounds like a lovely spin off.

@VoidofLight I not denying anything, I just stating possibilities that I did multiple time already why this phone could exist and I'm for 18+ years Pokémon fan, so. But whatever. ;P
@Paladin isn't this was kinda obvious with reveal at February 26th/27th, and even more obvious with new trailers/info dump at August 18th and September 28th. At least for those who watched/read those extremely careful or by this point knows GameFreak too well. ;P

@GrailUK if it is released as solo game it doesn't mean it's spin off, at this point all enchanted version (Yellow, Crystal, Emerald, Platinum) should be spin offs by following this logic. ;P

Again, bad marketing if true. Because with the deliberate BOTW scenes they showed in the trailer they've led me to believe it's going to be a free-roam open world.

@SViper I can see there is no arguing with you hahah I mean, stuff like yellow was capitalising on previous editions of a mainline...etc etc it's not worth worrying about I'm fine folk think either way.

One day we will get a true open world Pokemon game on proper, next gen, hardware. I hope I am still alive when that time comes.

The way I saw it was:

• February trailer made it seem like BotW
• August trailer made it seem like a mixture between BotW and Monster Hunter
• September trailer made it seem like Monster Hunter (no longer like BotW)

I’m excited for the game still, since Pokemon and Monster Hunter combining is a really good combo.
