Can you breed Zacian with ditto to get more? I am trying to get the shield legendary in a trade...don't wanna really play through shield just for that.

@AndyD no, you can't really breed Legendary or Mythical Pokemon (besides manaphy, and even that one gives you phiones, not more manaphies).

I am wondering, from the screen shots of the two original starters, will the three original starters be available to catch/obtain in the DLC? I have them...but was just wondering.

Aside, from playing the 3DS games, is there any way to get the 25 or so legendaries that are unlocked in SwSh? I know trade...but I have very little to trade.

Wonder trade maybe. The second dlc will likely contain most legendaries as well

So much for level scaling. If you enter the Isle of Armor with a level 10 Pokemon, the first Pokemon is level 58 regardless. So yeah, that's Game Freak's level scaling for ya.

I have a 1-badge file on my lite. Lemme try and see what happens.

Edit: Sigh of course. The update is huge. Lemme download that first....

Ok I've now started playing.

The first battle against psychic not-a-girl guy had his Pokemon starting at level 10.

Mine are around level 25.

First DLC trainer battle had levels 58 and 60 for me and my party's levels are 69, 65, 62, 42, 51 and 51. So either the game scales the battles based on your party or your story progress.

@DarthNocturnal @Eel Yeah, so it scales according to the number of badges you have. So it's the exact same thing as the regular wild area.

@Grumblevolcano Like the regular wild area, it's based on your progress in the main game. Since most people have already beaten the main game, everything will be around level 60.
